: Due to the surge of COVID-19 cases, the following MECQ and MGCQ (as declared by IATF Resolution, effective until July 31, 2021) are now considered critical and high-risk areas of LGU Tacloban hence, individuals from these locations that will return, stay and have transactions within the City will have to present a negative coronavirus test (RT-PCR, antigen and saliva test) if they have not completed their COVID-19 jab yet as one of the entry requirements and should register on the Balik Tacloban website: www.baliktacloban.tacloban.gov.ph.
An individual will be considered fully vaccinated" if he got his vaccine two weeks before his Balik Tacloban registration.

GCQ areas with heightened restrictions:
: 1. National Capital Region (NCR)
2. Bulacan
3. Cavite
4. Rizal
5. Whole of Cebu Island (Including HUC's, ICC's, Cities and Municipalities)
City-bound travelers from low-risk areas still need to register online and submit the required documents sans the COVID-19 testing.

City-bound travelers (RTRs, APORs, ROFs and ROFWs) from low-risk areas (areas not stated above) still need to register online and submit the required documents sans the COVID-19 testing.
TRAVELERS BOUND FOR OTHER LGUs NEED NOT APPLY to the balik Tacloban project but should instead coordinate with their respective LGUs for their travel requirements. The documents required by their LGUs will be presented at the airport upon travel.
