The City Management Information System Office (CMISO) led by the head of the department, Randy B. Calahi, is in full preparation mode for the upcoming 2026 Business Renewal Period to ensure a seamless and efficient process for the taxpayers and clients.

Together with the City Treasurer's Office, City Assessor's Office, Business Permit and Licensing Office and Real Property Tax Division, the process flow was discussed aligning all offices on the procedures and digital workflow.

The CMISO technicians are actively setting up computers, printers and installing network connection at the Business One-Stop-Shop and at the designated satellite areas which are Robinsons Place Marasbaras, Robinsons Tacloban North and SM Save more, where the clients can pay their taxes and process their business renewal.
