Those requiring further medical attention were safely transported to the nearest healthcare facility for proper treatment.

This reflects TOMECO's commitment to ensuring public safety through enforcement of traffic laws, quick response, professionalism, and compassionate service.

📢 LOST AND FOUND CELLPHONE

A cellphone was found along Justice Romualdez Street near Panato Bakeshop and was turned over to our office by a concerned high school student.

If you are the rightful owner, please visit our office to claim it. Kindly provide a description of the cellphone or any proof of ownership for verification.

We extend our sincere appreciation to the honest student who turned over the lost cellphone. Thank you for your integrity and civic responsibility.

📢 PUBLIC ADVISORY

Mahigpit na paalala sa lahat ng motorista na huwag ipakisuyo sa sinuman, kabilang ang traffic enforcers ang pagbabayad ng inyong traffic violation. Tiyakin na ang lahat ng bayarin ay personal ninyong binabayaran sa tamang opisina at may kaukulang opisyal na resibo.

Kamakailan, isang traffic violator ang nakisuyo sa isang traffic enforcer na siya na lamang ang magbayad ng kanyang traffic violation. Gayunman, hindi naibayad sa opisina ang naturang violation, kaya't nanatili itong hindi settled.

Dahil dito, naisampa ang kaukulang kaso sa hukuman at kalaunan ay naglabas ng Warrant of Arrest laban sa violator dahil sa hindi pagbabayad ng kanyang traffic violation.

Ang pangyayaring ito ay nagsisilbing paalala sa lahat na maging responsable sa pag-asikaso ng kanilang mga obligasyon. Huwag umasa sa pakikisuyo o suhistyong illegal ng enforcer kung meron man, pagdating sa mga opisyal na transaksyon, at tiyaking dumadaan ang lahat sa tamang proseso.

Ang tamang proseso ang pinakamabisang proteksyon laban sa anumang legal na pananagutan.

Sa mga nangyaring ito, ang traffic enforcer na nainvolved sa illegal na transaksyun ay tinanggal na at di na maninilbihan sa opisinang ito.

‼️SANGYAW PARADE TRAFFIC ADVISORY‼️

To all motorists and the general public:

Please be informed that ROAD CLOSURES will be implemented starting at 4:00 PM on Monday, June 29, 2026, for the Sangyaw Parade. TRAFFIC REROUTING and ONE-WAY TRAFFIC SCHEMES will be enforced along the parade route to facilitate the orderly flow of traffic and ensure the safety of participants, spectators, and motorists.

Traffic Advisory:

✅Follow the designated rerouting and one-way traffic flow as indicated on the traffic map.

✅Observe all roadblocks and barriers placed by traffic personnel.

✅Motorists are encouraged to avoid the parade route and use alternate roads whenever possible.

✅Please allow extra travel time and follow the instructions of traffic enforcers at all times.

🚦TRAFFIC ADVISORY | SANGYAWAN FESTIVAL 2026 🚦

To ensure the smooth flow of traffic and public safety during the Sangyawan Festival 2026, a regulated ONE-WAY TRAFFIC SCHEME will be implemented along Paseo de Legazpi from June 5–30, 2026, from 5:00 PM to 12:00 Midnight.

🔹 Traffic Flow: One-way traffic from the corner of Leyte Progressive proceeding toward the Naga-Naga direction.

🔹 Motorists are advised to:
✅ Follow designated traffic signs and personnel on duty.
✅ Observe the no-parking zones.
✅ Use the designated parking areas for light vehicles, motorcycles, and tricycles.
✅ Expect heavier traffic volume during festival hours and plan your trips accordingly.

🔹 Northbound vehicles entering Downtown Tacloban via Maharlika Highway are advised to pass through Sergio Osmeña Avenue.
