📢 CPR CARAVAN & FIRST AID TRAINING | AUGUST 21, 2026 ❤️‍🩹

Today, the Sangguniang Kabataan of Barangay 03 Upper Nula-tula, in partnership with the Philippine Red Cross – Tacloban Chapter, successfully conducted the CPR Caravan with First Aid Training at the Barangay 03 Upper Nula-tula Basketball Court.

The activity equipped our community members with essential knowledge and life-saving skills in Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and First Aid—because being prepared can make a difference when every second counts. 🫶🚑

A heartfelt thank you to the Philippine Red Cross – Tacloban Chapter for sharing your expertise and to everyone who participated and made this initiative a success.

I. 𝗚𝗨𝗜𝗗𝗘𝗟𝗜𝗡𝗘𝗦 & 𝗥𝗘𝗤𝗨𝗜𝗥𝗘𝗠𝗘𝗡𝗧𝗦:
1️⃣ Open to all bands from Tacloban City.
2️⃣ No age limit.
3️⃣ Minimum of 5 members, maximum of 9 members per band.
4️⃣ Submit an official group photo for publication.
5️⃣ A standard band set will be provided, but bands may bring their own instruments.
6️⃣ Limited slots available – first come, first served!
7️⃣ Each band must perform 3 songs:
1 in English
1 in Tagalog
1 in either English or Tagalog
8️⃣ Each song must not exceed 5 minutes. Exceeding time will result in 1-point deduction per minute.
9️⃣ 5 minutes prep time on stage will be given before each set (tuning, setup, etc.).
🔟 The Top 3 bands with the highest score from the judges will be declared Champion, 1st Runner-Up, and 2nd Runner-Up.

🔔 Call time is 6:30 PM for performance order raffle.
⛔ No-show during performance turn = automatic disqualification.
🚫 Bands caught performing under the influence of alcohol will be disqualified immediately, even if they have already performed.
🎵 All genres are welcome—ROCK your way to the top!
