LNK 2026 || BASIC LIFE SUPPORT TRAINING‼️🚨

The Sangguniang Kabataan 106 Council, under the leadership of Hon. Orlando Lance De Paz, successfully conducted the Basic Life Support Training: Hands-Only CPR and Basic First Aid on August 29, 2026, at Hidden Villas, Dagami, Leyte, thru Philippine Red Cross – Leyte Chapter. ✨

Through this initiative, the SK 106 Council continues to recognize the importance of preparing young people to become competent, responsible, and responsive members of the community, particularly in times when immediate action can make a critical difference.🚨

The Sangguniang Kabataan 106 Council extends its highest appreciation and gratitude to our distinguished resource speakers, namely, Mr. Rene Michael G. Diaz,Safety Services Instructor, and Mr. Ace Brian John U. Coscos, Chapter Service Representative, Safety Services of Philippine Red Cross – Leyte Chapter for sharing their expertise, experience, and commitment in helping our participants develop skills that may one day be used to save a life. 👏🏻✨

L👀K || LNK 2026: ADVOCACY CAMPAIGN SYMPOSIUM & PYAP RE-ORGANIZATION📣‼️

The Sangguniang Kabataan (SK) 106, led by Hon. Lance De Paz, successfully conducted the Linggo ng Kabataan 2026 – Advocacy Campaign Symposium and Re-Organization on August 23, 2026, at the Barangay 106 Gymnasium, in coordination with the City Social Welfare and Development Office (CSWDO) through Ma’am Fe Chona Bahin. 👏🏻✨

In addition, the program became even more substantial as the Mr. and Ms. Norte candidates representing Barangay 106 shared their respective advocacies, inspiring fellow youth to become more engaged in community development. The Mr. and Ms. Sto. Niño winners likewise shared their future plans and advocacies, encouraging everyone to pursue initiatives that create positive and lasting change. ✨👑

Meanwhile, we extend our sincere appreciation to Ma’am Luz Aguillon — PYAP Focal Person, Mr. Jayson Navales — Youth Development Worker, and Mr. Delson Cerna — PYAP City Federation President, for their unwavering efforts, guidance, and assistance in the successful implementation of this activity. 👏🏻🫶🏻

Our heartfelt thanks also to the Barangay 106 Council, particularly Hon. Ronie Ondez and Hon. Gregorio Malate Jr., for their valuable assistance, especially in providing transportation support for the participants.✨👏🏻

We also acknowledge the Mr. and Ms. Sto. Niño winners, the SOS Youth Organization, and all active youth participants who generously shared their time, energy, ideas, and strong participation throughout the activity. 🫶🏻👏🏻✨

The Sangguniang Kabataan (SK) 106 Council, led by Hon. Orlando Lance De Paz, SK Chairperson, under the Environment Awareness and Protection Committee headed by Hon. Jessica Malaran, successfully conducted the Tree Planting – Nurturing Activity on August 22, 2026, at 6:00 AM at TACRE HUB, 101 New Kawayan in line with the Linggo ng Kabataan 2026 Celebration. ✨💪🏻

This meaningful environmental initiative was conducted in coordination with the Office of the City Agriculturist through Mr. Romelo T. Anade, City Agriculturist, with the valuable assistance of Mr. Ely Cayrel, Chief of Staff for the Crop Section of the City Agriculturist Office. ✨👏🏻
