🩸 EVERY DROP COUNTS! | 10th RESCOM, PA-Wide Simultaneous Blood Donation Activity

On 15 August 2026, the 804th Community Defense Center (804CDC), led by LTC JOEL P BALAGOT GSC (FS) PA, CDC Director, conducted a blood donation activity at Headquarters 804CDC, Kuta Kankabato, San Jose, Tacloban City, Leyte, in conjunction with the Mustering of Reservists of the 804th Ready Reserve Infantry Battalion (804RRIBn).

The activity was made possible through the support of Eastern Visayas Medical Center (EVMC) Blood Bank-Tacloban, Governor Benjamin T. Romualdez General Hospital and Schistosomiasis Center (GBTRGHS), AFPMBAI, and M Lhuillier-San Jose, with the participation of personnel from 546ECB, 804RRIBn, Leyte Colleges ROTCU, and Leyte Normal University ROTCU.

Held in celebration of the 43rd Founding Anniversary of the Reserve Command, Philippine Army (RESCOM, PA), the activity promotes volunteerism, compassion, and community service—showing that serving the community goes beyond the battlefield.
