📚 𝓟𝓻𝓮𝓹𝓪𝓻𝓲𝓷𝓰 𝓯𝓸𝓻 𝓪 𝓝𝓮𝔀 𝓔𝓻𝓪 𝓲𝓷 𝓛𝓲𝓬𝓮𝓷𝓼𝓾𝓻𝓮 𝓔𝔁𝓪𝓶𝓲𝓷𝓪𝓽𝓲𝓸𝓷𝓼

𝐏𝐑𝐂 𝐑𝐞𝐠𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐕𝐈𝐈𝐈 conducted an orientation on the Guidelines on the Administration and Conduct of Computer-Based Licensure Examination (CBLE) on September 2, 2026, at the CBLE Facility, Gaisano Capital–Real, Tacloban City.

The activity formed part of the preparations for the region’s first-ever CBLE—the Licensure Examination for Librarians, marking another significant step in PRC Region VIII’s continuing efforts toward digital transformation and the delivery of more efficient, secure, and responsive licensure examinations.

The orientation was attended by personnel from the Examination Section and selected personnel from the different divisions of the Regional Office.

𝐃𝐢𝐫. 𝐀𝐫𝐦𝐨𝐧𝐝 𝐌. 𝐄𝐧𝐠𝐥𝐢𝐬, Regional Director, delivered the Opening Remarks, emphasizing the importance of the CBLE initiative and the readiness of PRC Region VIII in embracing new technologies to further strengthen the integrity, efficiency, and security of the licensure examination process.

Meanwhile, 𝐃𝐢𝐫. 𝐀𝐫𝐧𝐞𝐥 𝐆. 𝐑𝐚𝐦𝐨𝐧 delivered a Message, highlighting the significance of collaboration, preparedness, and adherence to established guidelines in ensuring the successful administration of the CBLE.

Serving as resource persons were 𝐃𝐫. 𝐉𝐮𝐥𝐢𝐞 𝐃. 𝐉𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐨, OIC-Chief of the Licensure Division, and 𝐌𝐫. 𝐄𝐝𝐦𝐚𝐫 𝐂. 𝐁𝐨𝐫𝐛𝐨𝐧, ICT Staff Representative, from the PRC Central Office, who provided essential guidance on the proper administration and conduct of the CBLE.

As PRC Region VIII prepares for this historic milestone, the Regional Office remains steadfast in its commitment to Integrity in Practice, Trust in Service, and excellence in delivering secure, efficient, and responsive licensure examinations.
