The National Maritime Polytechnic – Bids and Awards Committee (NMP-BAC) conducted the Pre-Bidding Conference for the Project "Rehabilitation/ Improvement of Road Network with Drainage and Conversion of the TESDA Building into an Open Space Parking Area with Solar Lighting System" under Public Bidding No. 2026-005-I, with an Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) of Php 11,400,000.00, on July 30, 2026.

Twelve (12) prospective bidders participated in the hybrid activity, attending both virtually and on-site at the NMP Conference Room. The conference served as a formal platform for prospective bidders and representatives of the procuring entity to discuss and clarify the eligibility requirements, as well as the technical and financial components of the contract. It also provided an opportunity for bidders to raise questions regarding specific provisions of the Bidding Documents to ensure a common understanding of the project requirements prior to bid submission.

Prospective Bidders were given until August 1, 2026 to submit to the BAC in writing, any clarifications relative to the project procurement.

Deadline for the submission of bids is on August 11, 2026, 9:00 AM, and the Opening of Bids will be on the same day at 9:30AM at the NMP Conference Room, and will be livestreamed through the NMP Bids and Awards page.

Thirteen (13) prospective bidders participated in the hybrid activity, attending both virtually and on-site at the NMP Conference Room. The conference served as a formal platform for prospective bidders and representatives of the procuring entity to discuss and clarify the eligibility requirements, as well as the technical and financial components of the contract.
