JUST ASKING!
It has been reported all over International media that ICC did not publicized the Arrest Warrant they allgedly issued against the Former PPhilippine President Duterte in their official website. If this is true then why do they need to that?

Second, if the arrest made by the CIDG was in accordance with the rules of ICC, then why the former president deprived with liberty and his constitutional rights?

Thirdly, why does the Philippine Government allows a foreign court having no territorial jurisdiction over our country? Does this mean that the Philippine Justices System is failing? is the Philippines no longer a sovereign state?

Lastly, if all of these are true? then clearly the arrest is illegal and unconstitutional.
