Anchored on the theme โ๐ฌ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ ๐ญ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐ ๐ซ๐๐๐๐๐๐ ๐บ๐๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐ ๐ฌ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ ๐ถ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐,โ the graduation ceremony marked the culmination of the training conducted on July 7โ9, 13โ16, and 20โ22, 2026, where scholars gained relevant knowledge and practical skills in General Virtual Assistance and AI-powered interactionโpreparing them for opportunities in the growing digital workforce.
More than a culmination of training, the graduation served as a celebration of skills gained, opportunities created, and lives empowered through digital technology.
The ceremony formally opened with remarks from ๐๐ป๐ด๐ฟ. ๐๐ฏ๐ฟ๐ฎ๐ต๐ถ๐บ ๐. ๐๐๐ถ๐ฎ๐ฝ๐ฎ๐ฟ ๐๐ฟ., DICT Region XII Regional Director, followed by an inspirational message from ๐๐ผ๐ฎ๐ฐ๐ต ๐ง๐ฎ๐ถ๐ป๐ ๐ฉ. ๐๐ฎ๐๐ป๐ผ, SPARK Trainer, who guided the scholars throughout their training journey.
As a gesture of appreciation for his dedication and invaluable contribution to the success of the training, Coach Bayno was also presented with a Certificate of Appreciation.

The awards were presented by Coach Tainy V. Bayno, together with ILCDB Provincial Focals Engr. Rahima Dolores and Mr. Jade Degala.
Adding to the celebration was a special intermission performance by one of the scholars, followed by testimonials from five selected graduates, who shared their experiences, challenges, learnings, and the impact of the training on their personal and professional aspirations.
The activity concluded with closing remarks from ๐ ๐ฟ. ๐ฅ๐ผ๐ป๐ฎ๐น๐ฑ ๐๐ผ๐ป๐ฒ๐ ๐ฆ. ๐๐ถ๐ป๐ฎ๐, ILCDB Regional Focal, who encouraged the graduates to transform their newly acquired skills into meaningful opportunities and continue building their capacity in the digital economy.
