Dr. Oliver Dennis O. Lao (Administrative & Occupational Health Services Manager) and Marietta P. Ravina (Human Resources Manager), represented our company for a consultation and commitment-setting session aimed at advancing training and assessment for skilled mining workers, alongside the official MOA signing for accredited Enterprise-Based Education and Training (EBET) centers.

We firmly believe that a healthy community is a thriving community

Through our 3rd Quarter Medical Mission, we were able to reach and care for 357 individuals across our beloved host communities.

Beyond routine check-ups and free medications, we provided essential diagnostic support, including complete blood count (CBC) tests and sputum examinations, to help deliver comprehensive, quality healthcare right where it's needed most.

This initiative is part of our commitment to UN Sustainable Development Goal 3: Good Health and Well-Being. We remain dedicated to empowering our residents with the care they need to live healthy, vibrant, and resilient lives.

Partnering for a Greener Tomorrow!

In celebration of Linggo ng Kabataan 2026, we hosted the enthusiastic youth leaders of the Sangguniang Kabataan (SK) Barangay Talavera at our mine site for a highly meaningful tree-planting activity!

Together, a total of 350 seedlings were successfully planted at the Punta Sili area of our mine site, marking another step forward in our environmental restoration efforts.

We firmly believe that sustainable mining goes hand in hand with environmental stewardship and strong community partnership. Seeing our young leaders actively take part in protecting and nurturing our environment inspires us to keep building a greener future for our communities.

A big thank you to the SK Officials and the vibrant youth of Barangay Talavera for your energy, leadership, and dedication to helping our environment!

Stronger Together with Our Supported Cooperatives

We believe that true responsible mining extends beyond operations; it is rooted in driving meaningful, lasting progress in partnership with our host communities.

Our Community Relations team joined the General Assembly of the Talavera Empowered Women Consumers Cooperative, one of our key partner cooperatives, to listen, engage, and support their ongoing initiatives.

Through proactive dialogue and continuous community involvement, we honor our commitment to responsible mining by ensuring our social development programs address the evolving needs of our communities and empower local residents toward sustainable livelihoods.

Strengthening Partnerships for Community Progress

Collaboration with local leaders remains at the heart of our mission. Our Community Relations (ComRel) team gathered with the members of the Representatives of Host and Neighboring Communities (RHNC) for our regular meeting to align our efforts for the continuous development of our host and neighboring areas.

The meeting focused on providing updates on the implementation of the Social Development and Management Program (SDMP) for the first semester of the year.

A special highlight of the meeting was honoring our outgoing RHNC member, Dr. Azucena L. Simbol, who received a Plaque of Appreciation for her dedicated service and valuable contributions to the community. Thank you, Dr. Simbol, for your invaluable leadership!

We were also pleased to welcome Dr. Alvin Buniel, the newly assigned District Supervisor of DepEd Tagana-an District. We look forward to working closely with you to support our local educational sector.
