𝗗𝗔𝗥 𝗦𝗘𝗖𝗥𝗘𝗧𝗔𝗥𝗬 𝗘𝗦𝗧𝗥𝗘𝗟𝗟𝗔 𝗘𝗡𝗚𝗔𝗚𝗘𝗦 𝗕𝗢𝗛𝗢𝗟 𝗟𝗢𝗖𝗔𝗟 𝗢𝗙𝗙𝗜𝗖𝗜𝗔𝗟𝗦 𝗧𝗢 𝗕𝗢𝗢𝗦𝗧 𝗔𝗚𝗥𝗔𝗥𝗜𝗔𝗡 𝗥𝗘𝗙𝗢𝗥𝗠 𝗜𝗡𝗜𝗧𝗜𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗩𝗘𝗦

Department of Agrarian Reform Secretary Conrado M. Estrella III engaged in a dialogue with key Bohol municipal heads and local officials to discuss strategic interventions, upcoming infrastructure projects, and comprehensive support services for agrarian reform communities across the province on July 28, 2026.

The dialogue provided the agency with first-hand insights, ground-level needs, and updates on the current state of agrarian reform within local communities. Discussions focused on strategic interventions, such as proposed Farm-to-Market Roads (FMRs), rural infrastructure, farm machinery, and sustainable livelihood support, aimed at enhancing productivity and improving the living conditions of agrarian reform beneficiaries (ARBs).

Local officials in attendance included Mayor Atty. Esther Patrisha V. Chatto and SB Member Maria Pureza V. Chatto of Balilihan; Mayor Marlon R. Amila of Tubigon; Mayor Benjie S. Oliva of Catigbian; Mayor Ian Gil G. Mendez of San Miguel; and Mayor Atty. Roberto C. Cajes alongside former Mayor Judith R. Cajes of Trinidad.

Also joining the engagement were Mayor Asuncion B. Ybañez of Sagbayan; Mayor Atty. Diosdado N. Gementiza, Jr. of San Isidro; Mayor Jose Mario J. Pahang of Antequera; and Mayor Dave D. Duallo of Buenavista.

Accompanying Sec Conrado Estrella III were DAR Region VII Regional Director Melvin Castor V. Silvestre and Provincial Agrarian Reform Program Officer II Dr. Ronald I. Pumatong.

Step into the world of “𝗝𝗼𝘆: 𝗔 𝗝𝗼𝘀𝗲𝗽𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗲 𝗥𝗲𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗰𝗮 𝗦𝘁𝗼𝗿𝘆,” a film that chronicles the journey of 𝗝𝗼𝘀𝗲𝗽𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗲 𝗥𝗲𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗰𝗮 as she works alongside her partner, Roy, to sustain their pineapple farm through perseverance and shared purpose. Produced by students from 𝗠𝗲𝘁𝗿𝗼 𝗗𝘂𝗺𝗮𝗴𝘂𝗲𝘁𝗲 𝗖𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗴𝗲, this film is an official entry in the Agrarian Reform Beneficiary (ARB) Category.

𝗗𝗔𝗥 𝗕𝗢𝗛𝗢𝗟 𝗙𝗔𝗦𝗧-𝗧𝗥𝗔𝗖𝗞𝗦 𝗔𝗚𝗥𝗔𝗥𝗜𝗔𝗡 𝗟𝗘𝗚𝗔𝗟 𝗗𝗘𝗖𝗜𝗦𝗜𝗢𝗡𝗦 𝗔𝗡𝗗 𝗟𝗖𝗠𝗦 𝗨𝗣𝗗𝗔𝗧𝗘𝗦

The Department of Agrarian Reform Adjudication Board (DARAB) Bohol conducted a targeted fast-tracking session on July 27–28, 2026, aimed at expediting agrarian legal decisions, drafting Writs of Ex*****on, and updating the Legal Case Monitoring System (LCMS).

The session was spearheaded by Provincial Agrarian Reform Adjudicator (PARAD) Allan S. Amazona, alongside Clerk of the Adjudicator Ma. Melbina M. Gucor and the DARAB staff.

The activity also marked a meaningful milestone for Special Assistant to the PARAD Leoncio Figueras as he wraps up his years of service ahead of his upcoming retirement.

Through this initiative, DARAB Bohol ensures that agrarian disputes are resolved promptly, bringing swift justice and secure land rights to agrarian reform beneficiaries across the province.

𝗦𝗜𝗚𝗢𝗡 𝗦𝗔 𝗬𝗨𝗧𝗔𝗪𝗛𝗔𝗡| Agrarian Reform Beneficiary 𝗝𝗲𝘇𝗲𝗿 𝗕𝗲𝘁𝗼𝗹𝗱𝗼 shared that the doubts he once had are no longer present, especially now that the Department of Agrarian Reform has awarded him the title to the land he has tilled for years.

From working on shared land to owning it, an unexpected dream came true—turning hardship into stability and hope.

𝗜𝗡 𝗣𝗥𝗔𝗬𝗘𝗥, 𝗛𝗘 𝗙𝗜𝗡𝗗𝗦 𝗦𝗧𝗥𝗘𝗡𝗚𝗧𝗛

With faith in his heart and service as his calling, Department of Agrarian Reform Secretary Conrado M. Estrella III took time to visit the Church of Our Lady of the Assumption in Dauis, Bohol, where he quietly knelt in prayer before the Almighty.

For Secretary Estrella, every responsibility begins with God. In the silence of prayer, he finds the strength to carry the work entrusted to him and the humility to remain close to the people he serves.

A public servant with a big heart and a deep faith knows that every step of service begins with a prayer.

𝗖𝗢𝗡𝗚𝗥𝗔𝗧𝗨𝗟𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡𝗦, 𝗗𝗔𝗥 𝗦𝗘𝗖𝗥𝗘𝗧𝗔𝗥𝗬 𝗖𝗢𝗡𝗥𝗔𝗗𝗢 𝗠. 𝗘𝗦𝗧𝗥𝗘𝗟𝗟𝗔 𝗜𝗜𝗜!

Department of Agrarian Reform (DAR) 𝗦𝗲𝗰𝗿𝗲𝘁𝗮𝗿𝘆 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝗿𝗮𝗱𝗼 𝗠. 𝗘𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗮 𝗜𝗜𝗜 has been recognized as one of the country's 𝗧𝗼𝗽-𝗣𝗲𝗿𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗠𝗼𝘀𝘁 𝗧𝗿𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗖𝗮𝗯𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘁 𝗦𝗲𝗰𝗿𝗲𝘁𝗮𝗿𝗶𝗲𝘀, earning an impressive 81.7 percent average rating in the recently released Boses ng Bayan Index of Governance (IOG) Trust and Performance Ratings.

The recognition came just days after the Fifth State of the Nation Address (SONA), during which President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. once again commended Secretary Estrella for his firm leadership of the DAR. Under his administration as the DAR Secretary, more than 𝟰𝟬𝟬,𝟬𝟬𝟬 𝗹𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘁𝗶𝘁𝗹𝗲𝘀 𝗵𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝗯𝗲𝗲𝗻 𝗱𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗯𝘂𝘁𝗲𝗱 to Agrarian Reform Beneficiaries (ARBs) nationwide in just four years.

Since assuming office, Secretary Estrella has consistently steered the Department toward meaningful accomplishments. Beyond the issuance and distribution of land titles, the DAR has strengthened the delivery of essential support services, expanded legal and adjudication assistance, and implemented programs that have directly improved the lives and livelihoods of agrarian reform beneficiaries across the country.

In recognition of this well-deserved achievement, the Department of Agrarian Reform Region VII (Central Visayas), under the leadership of Regional Director Melvin Castor V. Silvestre, extends its warmest congratulations to Sec Conrado Estrella III for this remarkable distinction.
