Deliberation on the letter from Governor Erico Aristotle C. Aumentado dated April 20, 2026, regarding the proposed Memorandum of Agreement between the Provincial Government of Bohol and G-Xchange Inc. for the implementation of the GASH Scan to Pay service, aimed at strengthening digital financial transactions and improving revenue collection mechanisms.

The matter includes concerns raised by the Provincial Legal Office on the handling of convenience and developer fees, and seeks the passage of a resolution authorizing the Local Chief Executive to enter into the agreement on behalf of the Provincial Government of Bohol.

The meeting focused on the PAGASA advisory regarding the possible emergence of the El NiΓ±o phenomenon this coming June to August season, and its potential effects on water supply and agricultural production in the Province of Bohol.
