We are pleased to share the holding of the Boholympics today until Friday (3-5 June 2026) with the theme, “Unlocking Potentials, Forging Unity.”

Some of the sport events will be held at the Capitol:

- Chess at the 3rd floor
- Gymnastics at the Ceremonial Hall
- Dance Sport at the Ceremonial Hall
- Taekwondo Ceremonial Hall

We have a total of 2,482 athletes participating from 43 MLGUs, higher to last year’s 2,209 with 44 MLGUs.

House Bill No. 8727 para sa Special Needs Centers, Pasado na sa Committee Level

​PROVINCE OF BOHOL— Gilauman nga mas mapadali ug mapagaan na ang abaga sa mga pamilyang adunay mga anak nga nag-atubang sa mga hagit sa panglawas human maaprubahan sa committee level sa Ubos-Balay Balauranan (House of Representatives) ang House Bill No. 8727.
​Kini nga balaudnon nag-ulohan og “An Act Establishing Comprehensive Therapy and Support Centers For Children with Special Needs, Including Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) and Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), in Every Province and Highly Urbanized City Nationwide, and Appropriating Funds Therefor.”

​Usa kini ka dako nga lakang nga gipaluyohan ug giduso pinaagi sa pagtinabangay sa atong First Lady ug sa Congresswoman sa 2nd District, Van-van Cadorna Aumentado aron masiguro nga ang matag probinsya ug altamente urbanisadong syudad sa tibuok nasud makabaton og saktong pasilidad alang sa libre o barato nga therapy ug suporta sa mga bata nga adunay special needs.

Sa gipahigayon nga senemanang programa nga “Aris sa Katawhan, Takna sa Gobernador” karong buntaga, giklaro ni Bohol Governor Aris Aumentado nga nagpadayon siya sa paghatag og prayoridad sa pagpaminaw sa masa ug sa publiko aron magiyahan ang mga desisyon sa probinsya.

​Bisan pa man og nag-una sa mga nangaging survey, gisulti ni Gov. Erico Aris Aumentado ang iyang pasalig sa pa-abante sa pagpatuman sa mga programa nga nakapokus sa kaayohan sa iyang mga konstituente sa tibuok lalawigan sa Bohol.

₱196-M nga Rice Distribution Project sa Bohol, Nasugdan Na.

Nasugdan na sa kagamhanang lokal sa Bohol ang Rice Distribution Project nga nagkantidad og ₱196 milyones. Ang maong pondo gikan sa Local Government Support Fund-Financial Assistance to Local Government Units (LGSF-FA-LGUs) sa nasudnong kagamhanan.

Giawhag karon ang tanang Bol-anon sa pagbisita ug pagbasa sa Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) nga gi-post sa opisyal nga page ni Gov. Aris Aumentado. Tumong niini nga masabtan ang mga detalye sa programa ug matubag ang mga nag-unang pangutana sa publiko.

GOV. ARIS, MAPASALAMATON SA DA-BAI SA₱7.5-MILYON NGA AYUDA ALANG SA MGA HOG RAISERS SA BOHOL

TAGBILARAN CITY — Dako ang pagpasalamat ni Gobernador Erico Aristotle "Aris" Aumentado ngadto sa Department of Agriculture (DA), pinaagi sa Bureau of Animal Industry (BAI), tungod sa gigahin niining tabang pinansyal alang sa lalawigan.

Nisuma ngadto sa kapin ₱7.5-milyon pesos ang maong pundo nga gitagana alang sa mga hog raisers sa Bohol kansang mga binuhing baboy ang naapektuhan sa mga nangaging kalamidad ug hulga sa sakit sa hayop.

Matud ni Gov. Aris, magpadayon ang hugot nga pakigtambayayong sa kagamhanang probinsiyal ngadto sa nagkalain-laing ahensya sa nasudnong gobyerno aron masiguro nga mahatagan og saktong proteksyon ug suporta ang mga lokal nga mag-uuma ug hog raisers.

Gipasiugda usab sa gobernador nga dako og papel ang sektor sa agrikultura sa pagmintinar sa lig-on nga food security o kasiguruhan sa pagkaon sa tibuok probinsya sa Bohol.

3,200 KA INDIGENT FAMILIES SA CARMEN, NAKADAWAT OG TAG-10 KILOS NGA BUGAS

CARMEN, BOHOL — Giapudan-apod ang tag-10 ka kilo nga bugas ngadto sa tulo ka libo, duha ka gatos (3,200) ka mga indigent families sa lungsod sa Carmen.

Kini nga tabang nagagikan sa National Government pinaagi sa 196-milyon pesos nga pundo gikan sa buhatan sa presidente inabagan sa walay puas nga kakugi sa Kagamhanang Probinsiyal sa Bohol sa ilalum sa liderato ni Gov. Erico Aristotle C. Aumentado .

Matud sa mga opisyal, tukma kaayo ang pag-abot niining maong ayuda taliwala sa nasinating krisis sa enerhiya ug sa hulga sa El Niño nga gilaumang dako og epekto ngadto sa mga mag-uuma.

Nasayran nga aduna pa'y mosunod nga tulo ka hugna sa maong distribusyon sa bugas. Bisan pa man niini, nagpabilin ang panawagan sa kagamhanan ngadto sa mga lungsuranon nga magpadayon sa kakugi aron magpabiling lig-on sa bisan unsang krisis.

The Land Transportation Office Region 7 is set to strengthen traffic enforcement in Bohol through the deployment of 100 to 150 deputized local personnel who will permanently operate in the province.

Regional Director Wendel Dinglasan said the initiative was discussed with Bohol Governor Erico Aristotle C. Aumentado as part of efforts to improve road safety and reduce the need for regional enforcement teams to conduct operations in far-flung areas.

The LTO also urged motorists to secure valid driver’s licenses and vehicle registrations before intensified enforcement begins, stressing that road safety remains part of the agency’s mandate.

Bohol Provincial Disaster Risk Reduction Management Office chief Dr. Anthony Damalerio said the province has tripled its preparations ahead of the expected onset of the El Niño phenomenon in the coming months. Damalerio said nine additional committees were created to closely monitor various sectors as El Niño is expected to affect the province from June to August and may extend until early 2027. He added that the provincial government increased its cloud seeding budget to ₱5 million to help mitigate the impact of the prolonged dry spell. Damalerio also recalled that drought-related agricultural damage in Bohol reached ₱1.5 billion in 2019 and warned that failure to prepare could worsen food supply concerns amid ongoing global tensions in the Middle East.
