What is 𝐉𝐨𝐛𝐒𝐭𝐚𝐫𝐭?

𝐉𝐨𝐛𝐒𝐭𝐚𝐫𝐭 is a program of the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE), in partnership with the Provincial Government of Bohol (PGBh), through the Bohol Employment & Placement Office-Public Employment Service Office (BEPO-PESO), preparing the Boholano youth for employment.
JobStart does this by providing the youths with career coaching, life skills and technical training, and internships with JSP Partner employers.

Here are three main phases of the JobStart Program that can help you start your career!

✅𝗦𝗼𝗳𝘁/𝗖𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 (𝗦𝗖𝗦𝗧)
A ten (10)-day training designed to holistically develop the behavior, attitude, and values of the trainees that they can effectively use in their daily lives.
✅𝗧𝗲𝗰𝗵𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴
A technology-based theoritical instruction for a period of up to three (3) months. The Technical Training may be provided through our partner employers.
✅𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗻𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽
The practical learning of a JobStart trainee in a regular environment with a participating employer for a period up to 3 months.
