The City General Services Office, led by CGSO Head Chris John Rener Torralba, joined the City Government of Tagbilaran in the celebration of the 128th Commemoration of Philippine Independence Day.

The observance served as a reminder of the courage, sacrifices, and patriotism of our forefathers who fought for the freedom we enjoy today.
