The shutdown is necessary to pull out and remove the submersible pump due to low water discharge, which requires immediate checking and necessary repair/intervention.

Consumers in the affected area may experience temporary interruption or low water pressure during the emergency shutdown.

The Tagbilaran City Water Works System informs all affected consumers that the operational issue at Pumping Station 2, located at San Roque Road, Tiptip, remains ongoing. The station continues to undergo repair following the failure of the submersible pump caused by high amperage.

Part of Ubujan

Consumers in the affected areas may continue to experience low water pressure or temporary water service interruption while the repair and replacement works are in progress.

Action Plan:
