PRO7 ACHIEVES PGS INSTITUTIONALIZED STATUS, EARNS GOLD EAGLE AWARD WITH 96.84 RATING

Police Regional Office 7 (PRO7) reached another milestone in its continuing transformation journey after receiving the Gold Eagle Award and attaining an overall rating of 96.84 percent during the Performance Governance System (PGS) Conferment Ceremony held at Camp BGen Rafael T. Crame, Quezon City, on August 24, 2026.

The ceremony, presided over by PLTGEN BERNARD M. BANAC, Deputy Chief for Administration (TDCA), in representation of PGEN JOSE MELENCIO C. NARTATEZ JR., Chief, Philippine National Police, marked PRO7’s attainment of the Institutionalized Stage of the PNP P.A.T.R.O.L. Plan 2030, or the Peace and Order Agenda for Transformation and Upholding of the Rule-of-Law.

The Performance Governance System (PGS) is the PNP’s strategic management mechanism for translating organizational plans into measurable performance through four stages: Initiated, Compliant, Proficient, and Institutionalized. PRO7 achieved the Initiated Status on February 19, 2014, followed by Compliant on July 27, 2015, Proficient on March 26, 2018, and finally the Institutionalized Status on August 24, 2026.

The milestone culminated in the conferment of the Gold Eagle Award, received by PBGEN ARNOLD E. ABAD, Regional Director, PRO7, together with PBGEN ISAGANI A. FETIZANAN, Deputy Regional Director for Administration.

The 96.84-percent rating reflects the collective efforts of PRO7 personnel, unit commanders, strategy management teams, stakeholders, and partner organizations in advancing the Regional Office’s strategic objectives and strengthening its systems for effective and accountable police service.

“This achievement belongs to the men and women of Police Regional Office 7. The 96.84-percent rating and the Gold Eagle Award are a reflection of your hard work, discipline, and commitment to our shared mission. I commend everyone who contributed to this milestone, from our personnel and unit commanders to our strategy partners and stakeholders,” said PBGen Abad.

The conferment affirms PRO7’s continuing pursuit of organizational excellence and reinforces its commitment to the PNP vision of a highly capable, effective, and credible police service, consistent with the “Bagong PNP Para sa Bagong Pilipinas: Serbisyong Mabilis, Tapat, at Nararamdaman.”

Kini nga mga focal person mao ang direktang kasumpayan sa eskwelahan ug kapulisan, aron masiguro ang dali nga koordinasyon, epektibong komunikasyon, ug paspas nga pagresponde sa mga kabalaka bahin sa kaluwasan ug seguridad.

TCPS ARRESTS NO. 9 PROVINCIAL LEVEL MOST WANTED PERSON FOR VIOLATION OF R.A. 9165

TAGBILARAN CITY — The Tagbilaran City Police Station (TCPS), through its Tracker Team, successfully arrested Dionisio Cenabre, 65 years old, who is listed as the No. 9 Most Wanted Person at the Provincial Level, during an intelligence-driven law enforcement operation at Purok 4, Barangay Poblacion I, Tagbilaran City, Bohol, at about 4:00 PM on August 24, 2026.

The operation was initiated through intelligence information under TIP No. G80-2026-BPPO-TCPS formulated by TCPS. Acting on the intelligence, the Tracker Team successfully apprehended the accused by virtue of a Warrant of Arrest for Violation of Section 5, Article II of Republic Act No. 9165, docketed under Criminal Case Nos. 31385 and 31386.

The warrant was issued by Hon. Gleenes Dave Rangga Bantigue, Presiding Judge of the Regional Trial Court, 7th Judicial Region, Branch 47, Tagbilaran City, Bohol, dated August 24, 2026, for service of sentence.

The arrested individual is now under the custody of the Tagbilaran City Police Station Custodial Facility, while proper documentation, booking, and other standard procedures were duly undertaken in connection with the arrest.

This successful operation highlights the continuing commitment of the Tagbilaran City Police Station to locate and apprehend wanted persons and to ensure that individuals facing criminal charges are brought before the proper authorities.

Wala pa kaabot og 24 oras human matala ang insidente sa pagpangawat sa Rufrance LPG Corporation sa Barangay Taloto, Tagbilaran City, daliang na-identify ug nasikop sa Tagbilaran City Police ang suspek pinaagi sa padayong imbestigasyon ug impormasyon nga nadawat gikan sa usa ka confidential informant.

Nasikop ang suspek alas 1:56 sa kaadlawon, Agosto 24, 2026, giila nga residente sa Purok 6, Magsaysay Street, Barangay Manga, Tagbilaran City. Narekober gikan sa iyang possession ang usa ka puti nga Oppo A16 cellular phone, usa ka asul nga Yamaha Mio motorcycle nga adunay Plate Number 0201-0779171 uban ang yawi, ug usa ka itom nga helmet.

Ang suspek karon anaa sa temporary detention sa Tagbilaran City Police Station samtang ginapangandam ang kasong Theft nga ipasaka batok kaniya sa Office of the City Prosecutor.
Ang dali ug epektibong aksyon sa Tagbilaran City Police nagpakita sa padayong paningkamot sa kapulisan sa pagsulbad sa mga krimen ug paghatag og hustisya sa mga biktima.

UNSAON PAGPANALIPOD SA IMONG NEGOSYO

✅ Beripikaha ang Order
Siguroha nga tinuod ang order pinaagi sa pagkontak sa customer o sa inyong opisina sa dili pa ihatag ang produkto.

📞 Tawagi ang Customer
Kung adunay kahasol o kadudahan sa delivery, tawagi ang customer gamit ang rehistradong numero.

🧾 Susihon Pag-ayo ang Resibo
Tan-awa kung adunay mga sayop, giusab nga impormasyon, o peke nga kumpirmasyon sa bayad.

💳 Siguroha nga Nadawat ang Bayad
Ayaw pagsalig sa screenshot o gi-print nga resibo lamang. Beripikaha nga ang bayad tinuod nga misulod sa inyong opisyal nga bank account o payment platform.

Pangayoa ang iyang balidong company ID ug siguroha nga siya gikan sa lehitimong courier o delivery service.
