𝐑𝐃𝐉𝐁: 𝐇𝐎𝐍𝐎𝐑𝐈𝐍𝐆 𝐀 𝐘𝐄𝐀𝐑 𝐎𝐅 𝐃𝐄𝐃𝐈𝐂𝐀𝐓𝐄𝐃 𝐋𝐄𝐀𝐃𝐄𝐑𝐒𝐇𝐈𝐏

Today marks a meaningful milestone as 𝐉𝐂𝐒𝐔𝐏𝐓 𝐋𝐔𝐈𝐒𝐈𝐓𝐎 𝐂. 𝐌𝐔Ñ𝐎𝐙, 𝐂𝐄𝐒𝐄, Regional Director of the Jail Bureau, completes his first year of dedicated service and leadership in 𝐁𝐉𝐌𝐏 𝐑𝐞𝐠𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐕𝐈𝐈.

Throughout the past year, his leadership has been defined by vision, integrity, discipline, and genuine commitment to public service. Under his stewardship, 𝐁𝐉𝐌𝐏 𝐑𝐞𝐠𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐕𝐈𝐈 has continued to strengthen its pursuit of operational excellence, fiscal responsibility, professional development, collaborative governance, and programs that advance the welfare of both Persons Deprived of Liberty and personnel.

𝐑𝐃 𝐌𝐔Ñ𝐎𝐙 has consistently exemplified transformative leadership—one that inspires unity, uplifts morale, and guides the region toward a higher standard of service. His first year in 𝐁𝐉𝐌𝐏 𝐑𝐞𝐠𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐕𝐈𝐈 stands not only as a milestone of leadership, but also as a continuing reminder of the Bureau’s mission to serve with competence, compassion, and accountability.

𝗗𝗘𝗣𝗔𝗥𝗧𝗠𝗘𝗡𝗧 𝗢𝗙 𝗘𝗗𝗨𝗖𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡 𝗣𝗔𝗥𝗧𝗡𝗘𝗥𝗦' 𝗔𝗣𝗣𝗥𝗘𝗖𝗜𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡 𝗣𝗥𝗢𝗚𝗥𝗔𝗠

The BJMP, is among the foreign embassies, international and local multinational companies, government organizations, and individuals recognized by the Department of Education (DepEd) during its Partners Appreciation Program at the Mandaluyong City College of Science and Technology, Mandaluyong City.

The Chief, BJMP, Jail Director Ruel S Rivera, and the Acting Director for Welfare and Development Jail Chief Superintendent Lorelina Ando-Mina received the recognition.

For the ongoing SY 2025-2026, 16,604 learners are enrolled where 4,592 are in the elementary level, 6,990 in Junior High School, and 5,022 in Senior High School.

Through our continued partnership with DepEd and various stakeholders, the BJMP remains dedicated to providing inclusive and accessible education programs that inspire meaningful transformation and help PDL become productive citizens.
