The City Agriculture and Veterinary Office (CAVO) presents its Monthly Accomplishment Report for August 2026, highlighting the various programs, activities, and services carried out for the benefit of our farmers, livestock and poultry raisers, pet owners, and the entire Tagbilaran City community.

🌱 Sa agriculture sector, padayon ang paghatag og assistance, technical support, ug mga programa para sa atong mga mag-uuma, makatabang sa ilang livelihood, ug makapalig-on sa local food production and food security.

🐾 Sa veterinary services, padayon usab ang paghatag og veterinary assistance, animal health services, animal welfare programs, ug promotion sa responsible pet ownership para sa safety and well-being sa atong community.

✨ Every accomplishment is a result of teamwork, dedication, and commitment to public service.

🙏 Dako usab among pasalamat kang Congressman Baba Yap, Mayor Jane Yap, ug sa Yap-Jala Administration alang sa ilang padayon nga suporta, guidance, ug commitment sa mga programa para sa agriculture, veterinary services, ug kaayuhan sa atong mga Tagbilaranon.

Daghang salamat usab sa atong farmers, livestock and poultry raisers, pet owners, barangay partners, partner agencies, ug stakeholders sa inyong padayon nga cooperation ug suporta. 🤝

🌊 HARMFUL ALGAL BLOOM (HAB) MONITORING

Padayon ang atong pag-monitor sa kahimtang sa atong kadagatan! 💙

Ang Bureau of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources (BFAR), in partnership with Tagbilaran City Agriculture and Veterinary Office, nagpahigayon og seawater sampling isip kabahin sa Harmful Algal Bloom (HAB) Monitoring.

Kini nga activity is conducted to track and detect the rapid growth of toxic algae in seawater nga mahimong hinungdan sa red tide. Importante ang regular sampling and monitoring aron mahibal-an dayon kung adunay harmful algal blooms ug makatabang sa pag-protect sa atong marine resources, fishermen, ug consumers.

Nagpahigayon og City Agricultural and Fishery Council (CAFC) Meeting nga gipangulohan ni Mr. Robert Olaer, Chairperson, uban ang City Agriculture and Veterinary Office (CAVO) isip Secretariat.

Atol sa meeting, gihisgutan ang mga importanteng agenda para sa pagpalig-on sa atong agricultural ug fisheries sector, sama sa:

📌 Composition sa Barangay Agrifishery Council
📌 Composition sa City Agricultural and Fishery Council (CAFC)
📌 Mga programs and activities para sa atong farmers ug fisherfolk

Importante kaayo ang padayon nga coordination ug collaboration sa atong mga agricultural stakeholders aron mas masabtan ug matubag ang mga panginahanglan, concerns, ug aspirations sa atong mga mag-uuma ug mananagat.
