The older platform (PhilGEPS 1.5) has undergone a systematic phase-out to ensure all government entities utilize the modernized system.

2026-15: Following the publication of the Extension of the Deadline for the Decommissioning of the PhilGEPS 1.5 for the Third Batch of Procuring Entities (PEs), dated April 28, 2026, the Procurement Service-Department of Budget and Management (PS-DBM) informs its stakeholders of the ongoing decommissioning of the PhilGEPS 1.5 and the corresponding transition schedule to the eBidding Facility of the modernized Philippine Government Electronic Procurement System (mPhilGEPS).

This extension is granted to ensure sufficient time for the completion of remaining service transition activities, resolution of identified incidents and underlying technical issues, and to provide continued support to agencies in achieving full and stable migration to the eBidding Facility.

In relation to the phased implementation of the eBidding Facility, please take note of the following key dates.

All concerned PEs are hereby enjoined to strictly comply and ensure a timely and orderly transition to the eBidding Facility.
