Under Section 3 of Revenue Regulations No. 04-2026, the abatement applies to:

🔹 All delinquent accounts as of December 31, 2025
🔹 Assessments, whether preliminary or final, disputed or not, as of December 31, 2025
🔹 All open Stop-Filer cases as of December 31, 2025, including those of micro taxpayers who have ceased business operations

WHO MAY AVAIL?

Under Section 5 of Revenue Regulations No. 04-2026, any natural or juridical person classified as a micro taxpayer, or their duly authorized representative, may avail of the abatement to settle delinquent accounts, assessments, and open Stop-Filer cases, including those of micro taxpayers who have ceased business operations.
