HIGHLIGHTS | UPLIFT PAYOUT & PSA ASSISTANCE

The Municipal Social Welfare and Development Office (MSWDO) of Tagoloan successfully conducted the Unified Package for Livelihoods, Industry, Food, and Transport (UPLIFT) Payout, providing financial assistance to qualified beneficiaries.

As part of the activity, the Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) also provided assistance to beneficiaries who did not yet have a National ID, helping facilitate their identification requirements and access to government services.

The successful conduct of the activity was made possible through the collaborative efforts of the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) Field Office X, the PSA, and the Local Government Unit of Tagoloan.

The MSWDO sincerely extends its gratitude to Hon. Mayor Lovely-Mighty Dimakuta for the continued support and commitment to programs that promote social protection and bring government assistance closer to the people.

Our heartfelt appreciation also goes to the DSWD Field Office X for the implementation and support of the UPLIFT Program, and to the PSA for assisting beneficiaries with their National ID concerns.

We also express our appreciation to all personnel who contributed to the smooth and successful conduct of the activity.

PUBLIC ADVISORY | Unified Package for Livelihoods, Industry, Food, and Transport (UPLIFT)

The Municipal Social Welfare and Development Office (MSWDO) of Tagoloan informs the public regarding the UPLIFT Program.

Target Beneficiaries:
✅ Individuals included in the CBMS 2024 List.

Requirements:
📌 Please prepare one (1) valid government-issued ID, preferably your National ID (PhilSys).
📌 If the National ID is not yet available, any valid government-issued ID will be accepted.
❌ Barangay IDs will NOT be accepted.

Important Reminder:
🔹 To all target beneficiaries, you are strongly encouraged to have your GCash account or LandBank account details during the payout. These account details will be collected by the authorized tellers since the cash assistance will be credited directly to your registered account for the succeeding payout process.

📌 If the beneficiary cannot personally claim the assistance and will be represented by a household member, the following must be presented:
• Authorization Letter signed by the beneficiary/Household Head;
• Valid ID of the Household Head;
• Valid ID of the authorized Household Member who will claim the assistance;
• Birth Certificate if the authorized claimant is the beneficiary's child; or
• Marriage Certificate/Marriage Contract if the authorized claimant is the beneficiary's spouse; and
• The authorized claimant must have an active GCash account/GCash number.

📌 Please be advised that beneficiaries of the Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program (4Ps) and the Walang Gutom Program are not qualified for a separate UPLIFT payout, as their one-time UPLIFT assistance has already been credited through their respective DSWD program.

The Local Government Unit of Tagoloan, through the Municipal Social Welfare and Development Office (MSWDO), successfully conducted the distribution of cash incentives to qualified senior citizen beneficiaries under the 𝐍𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐢𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐨𝐟 𝐒𝐞𝐧𝐢𝐨𝐫 𝐂𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐳𝐞𝐧𝐬 (𝐍𝐂𝐒𝐂).

During the activity, 𝟏𝟓 𝐎𝐜𝐭𝐨𝐠𝐞𝐧𝐚𝐫𝐢𝐚𝐧 and 𝟖 𝐍𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐧𝐚𝐫𝐢𝐚𝐧 beneficiaries each received ₱𝟏𝟎,𝟎𝟎𝟎, while 𝐨𝐧𝐞 (𝟏) 𝐂𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐧𝐚𝐫𝐢𝐚𝐧 𝐛𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐫𝐲 received ₱𝟏𝟎𝟎,𝟎𝟎𝟎 in recognition of reaching the extraordinary milestone of 𝟏𝟎𝟎 𝐲𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐬 𝐨𝐟 𝐚𝐠𝐞.
