AFP Hosts Vietnam Defense Delegation for Women, Peace and Security Study Visit.

AFP through GAD Office hosted the Vietname Defense Delegation for Women, Peace and Security Visit. Chiefs of GAD Major Services Offices/Branch also joined the dialogue with the Vietnam Defense Delegation.

The Philippine Army successfully conducted the Gender-Sensitive and Responsive Investigation Training (GSRIT) and Gender-Based Violence (GBV) First Aid Training in partnership with Espada Psychological Consultancy from 23 to 26 June 2026 at St Giles Hotel, Makati City.
The four-day capacity-building program brought together 120 participants from the Philippine Army, Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP) Units, the Philippine Navy, the Philippine Air Force, and the Philippine Coast Guard. The training aimed to strengthen participants' knowledge and skills in conducting gender-sensitive investigations of gender-based violence cases while enhancing their capacity to provide appropriate first aid and support to victim-survivors, in line with existing laws, policies, and gender-responsive practices.
