Look: The Coast Guard Human Resource Management Command (CGHRMC), through the Human Resource Staff for Civil Relations Service (HR-7), initiated an engagement with POCARI SWEAT Philippines to explore potential areas of collaboration in support of personnel wellness, sports and fitness activities, disaster response, and other future programs of the Philippine Coast Guard held today, 02 September 2026 aboard Yeoman Classroom, Headquarters Coast Guard Human Resource Management Command.
The engagement was initiated by ENS JERELYN FAITH L SALIBIO PCG, Deputy Chief, Human Resource Staff for Civil Relations Service, and led by CAPT CHERRYL D BOBLO PCG, Chief of Staff, CGHRMC who presided over the meeting. The initiative forms part of CGHRMC's continuing efforts to establish meaningful partnerships with private-sector organizations that can contribute to the welfare, development, and readiness of Coast Guard personnel.
Also present during the meeting were LCDR LYNETTE FAYE DS NADELA PCG, Deputy Director, Personnel Management Center, LT SAN JUAN PCG, Commander, HSG-CGHRMC, LTJG MADRONA PCG, DC of HRS for Operations CGHRMC, ENS BERNARDO PCG, DC of TS for Admin and Personnel, HRMS.
The engagement marks an initial step toward a sustained and mutually beneficial partnership between CGHRMC and POCARI SWEAT Philippines, with both parties looking forward to developing future initiatives that will benefit Coast Guard personnel and contribute to the fulfillment of the PCG's mandate.
