TMTC conducts a two-day Internal Quality Audit Orientation Workshop.

The TAGUIG Manpower Training and Assessment Center recently conducted a two-day Orientation Workshop on the conduct of Internal Quality Audit or IQA. The workshop was held last August 25-26, 2026 at Ballecer Bldg, Central Signal, Taguig City with invited quality management system experts as facilitators.
The activity aimed to strengthen the participants’ understanding and capability in the conduct of Internal Quality audits within the training institution, in support of quality assurance and continual improvement of tech-voch programs and services delivery.
The orientation workshop provided the process owner- participants with an overview of the IQA process, audit requirements, preparation of audit plans and tools, gathering of objective evidences, identification of findings and preparation of audit reports.
Through interactive discussions and workshops, the participants were given actual application of IQA principles and procedures to TMTC deployed training processes.
The workshop emphasized the significance of systematic monitoring , proper documentation, and compliance with established requirements to ensure the quality of delivered skills training .
With the able support of the City government of Taguig, the successful conduct of this activity reflects TMTC's continued commitment to capacitate its personnel and promote a strong direction and culture of quality education and training.

SKILLS TRAINING PROGRAM COMPLETED FOR THESE YOUNG ADULTS!

The Taguig Manpower Training and Assessment Center or TMTC served as the key to unlock skills and boosted confidence for these 85 young adults from Bagumbayan, Taguig City.
Together with the SK Bagumbayan leadership, a month-long Skills Training Program titled “ Shake and Keyk Skills” was launched and completed proudly showing the world about learning new things, meeting new people, building confidence and stepping up to become better citizens of Bagumbayan, Taguig.
With TMTC holding to each mantra, saw to it that the experience was a productive and exciting learning journey filled with hands on activities and lots of “learning by doing”

Community - Based Training Programs Successfully Completed

The Taguig Manpower Training and Assessment Center in partnership with the concerned Barangay Council successfully completed various Community- based Training Programs under Tourism, Arts and Crafts, and Food Processing sectors.
The training program provided accessible and relevant skills training to community members, particularly individuals seeking opportunities for employment, livelihood, and income generation. These programs were designed to bring skills training closer to the communities and respond to the specific skills development needs among Taguigenos. A combined lecturettes, demonstrations, and hands-on activities were deployed allowing participants to actively practice the skills they learned.

A total of 21 Barangays participated with 900 graduates acquiring their Certificates of Completion that mark an important milestone in their journey toward better employment and livelihood opportunities.

These initiatives reflect TMTC’s continued commitment to empowering communities through skills development and sustainable livelihood programs under the City’s Transformative, Lively, Caring (TLC) agenda through our slogan: Sanayin, Pag-igtingin, Paunlarin ang Kinabukasan sa Taguig “be trained, be assessed, get certified with TMTC”

Celebrating our July and August Birthday Celebrants 🎉
The Taguig Manpower Training and Assessment Center (TMTC) conducted its traditional birthday celebration for July and August celebrants. This simple gathering served as an opportunity to celebrate, appreciate, and strengthen the bond and teamwork among our dedicated personnel.
Our Head, Ms. Cecilia Amaro, also expressed her heartfelt gratitude and appreciation to everyone for their continued hard work and commitment to TMTC.
The celebration also gave us a chance to honor and celebrate the success of our Housekeeping Training, recognizing the efforts and achievements of the City of Taguig staff who participated in the Housekeeping Training.
Congratulations to our celebrants and to everyone who contributed to these meaningful accomplishments! May we continue to work together with dedication, excellence, and a spirit of teamwork.

On June 29, 2026, the Taguig Manpower Training and Assessment Center (TMTC) held a simple birthday celebration in honor of its June celebrants. The activity served as an opportunity for the TMTC family to recognize and celebrate the birthdays of its employees born in the month of June, fostering unity and strengthening the bond among the staff.

During the celebration, Ms. Constancia Briones was also recognized for her years of dedicated service as she officially retired from government service. She was presented with a Plaque of Appreciation as a token of gratitude for her invaluable contributions and commitment to the Center. The event concluded with warm messages of appreciation and well wishes for Ms. Briones as she begins a new chapter in her life.
