In support of the City Government of Taguigโs celebration of National Womenโs Month 2026, graduates and participants of the Taguig Manpower Training and Assessment Center (TMTC) are showcasing their products every Friday of March at the Taguig City Hall Quadrangle.
National Womenโs Month, observed every March, recognizes womenโs continuing fight for equality and liberation while raising awareness of gender-related challenges and the importance of empowering women in society.
As part of the cityโs activities, TMTC collaborated with the local government to provide its graduates with an opportunity to introduce and promote products they learned to create during their training.
Among the participants are three graduates of the Bread and Pastry Production NC II program, two graduates of the Barista NC II program, and two participants from the community-based training program who have since become business owners. They are joined by other participants from various LGU offices, including the Taguig City Cooperative.
Residents and employees may visit the booths from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. every Friday of March at the Taguig City Hall Quadrangle.
The initiative highlights how skills training and support from the local government can open new opportunities for women and aspiring entrepreneurs to start their own businesses and build a better future for themselves and their families.
