Mas empowered at mas tech-ready na mga g**o para sa kinabukasan ng edukasyon! ๐Ÿ’ก๐Ÿ’ป

Nagtipon ang mga educators mula sa iba't ibang public high schools para sa Taguig DigiTech ViewSonic Workshop upang higit pang mapalawak ang kanilang kaalaman sa paggamit ng smart interactive display technology, digital learning tools, at artificial intelligence (AI) sa pagtuturo.

Sa pamamagitan ng mga lecture at hands-on activities, natutunan ng mga kalahok kung paano gawing mas engaging, interactive, at makabuluhan ang learning experience ng kanilang mga estudyante gamit ang makabagong teknolohiya.

Patunay ito na kapag handa ang mga g**o sa digital transformation, mas nagiging handa rin ang mga mag-aaral sa mga hamon at oportunidad ng hinaharap.

Patuloy na isinusulong ng Pamahalaang Lungsod ng Taguig, sa pamumuno ni Mayor Lani Cayetano ang mga makabagong inisyatiba upang makapaghatid ng mas mahusay, mas makabago, at mas de-kalidad na edukasyon para sa bawat Taguigeรฑong mag-aaral.

Ang kaligtasan ng buong komunidad ay responsibilidad ng lahat.

Bilang bahagi ng pagpapanatili ng kaligtasan sa mga komunidad, pinaaalalahanan ang lahat ng Taguigeรฑo na huwag gumamit ng jumper at iba pang ilegal na koneksyon ng kuryente.

Sa mga paunang impormasyon kaugnay ng naganap na sunog sa Barangay Sta. Ana, isa sa mga tinitingnang posibleng sanhi nito ay isang ilegal na koneksyon ng kuryente. Ang ganitong gawain ay maaaring magdulot ng sunog at maglagay sa panganib sa maraming pamilya at kabahayan.

Kung may nalalaman na jumper connection o meter tampering sa inyong lugar, maaari itong i-report sa Taguig Command Center sa (02) 8789-3200 para sa kaukulang inspeksyon at agarang aksyon.

Para naman sa mga monthly supply ng iba pang uri ng maintenance medicines, itataguyod na po ito ngayon ng pamahalaang lungsod at ng PhilHealth Gamot ng national government. Magbibigay ang lungsod ng maintenance medicines na pang 15 days. Makukuha naman sa PhilHealth Gamot ang karagdagang pang 15 days. Kayaโ€™t makukumpleto pa rin ang buwanang supply.

Ayon sa patakaran ng programa na inanunsyo ng Pangulo sa kanyang SONA, kailangang sundin ang mga sumusunod na panuntunan:

1. Maging Philhealth member. Para sa mga hindi Philhealth member na indigent, maaaring magtungo sa City Social Welfare and Development Office (CSWDO).
2. โ Maging Philhealth Yakap registered member at kumpletuhin ang First Patient Encounter (FPE). Magregister sa inyong health center dahil accredited Philhealth Yakap Clinic ito. Magdala ng valid ID.
3. โ Magpacheck-up sa clinic kung saan ka nagparegister as Philhealth Yakap member. Kailangan alam mo ang Philhealth number mo.
4. โ Kunin ang reseta na may QR code na ibibigay ng Philhealth Yakap clinic.
5. โ Pumunta sa accredited Philhealth GAMOT pharmacies para kunin ang inyong gamot.

A total of 200,000 public school students in Taguig are set to receive free school uniforms through the City Governmentโ€™s annual school package distribution program, ensuring that learners are equipped for School Year 2026โ€“2027.

The distribution kicked off on Saturday, June 13, at Ususan Elementary School and Dr. Artemio Natividad Elementary School (DANES). Liga ng mga Barangay President and Councilors Marie Marcelino and Rodil โ€œTikboyโ€ Marcelino led the distribution at Ususan Elementary School.

In her message, Councilor Marie Marcelino underscored the city's commitment to supporting learners and their families, emphasizing the importance of education in building a better future.

โ€œHindi lang po dapat natin isipin kung paano maitatawid ang araw-araw na gastusin. Ang mahalaga ay maipagpatuloy ng ating mga anak ang kanilang pag-aaral at maabot ang kanilang mga pangarap. Nandito po ang Pamahalaang Lungsod ng Taguig upang umalalay sa kanila sa bawat hakbang,โ€ she said.

Meanwhile, in an interview, Dazel Flores, 43, mother of Aervin, a Grade 6 student from Ususan Elementary School, expressed her gratitude for the assistance provided by the city:

โ€œBilang magulang na may pinapaaral, masaya po ako dahil libre na ang mga kailangan ng anak ko at wala na ako gaanong gagastusin para sa kanilang pag-aaral. Hindi po sa lahat ng lugar ay may ganitong oportunidad kaya nagpapasalamat po ako kay Mayor Lani. Malaking tulong po sa amin ang libreng edukasyon, school supplies, at school uniforms.โ€

Distribution in other public schools will be conducted at their respective campuses and will follow an organized process similar to the school supplies distribution, including verification, encoding, and designated distribution stations to ensure the efficient release of uniforms. Additional schedules will be announced weekly until all learners have received their school uniforms.

Through initiatives like these, Taguig continues to uphold its commitment to being a Transformative, Lively, and Caring City, ensuring that every learner has access to the support they need to succeed in school and in life.
