MECHANICS
*The participating Youth Organizations must submit a Video at least 3minutes minimum to 7 minutes maximum.
*The video must contain a story, dialogue, Role Play, Oration or digital story making.
*A video that regards, When, Where and How did your Youth Org takes place.

2. You get a free blood screening and physical check-up.
3. Regular blood donation helps maintain a healthy heart and normal blood pressure.

1. Anyone aged 16 to 65 years old. Minors need parental consent.
2. Healthy individuals without illnesses, fever, or cough.
3. WEIGHT: At least 110 lbs (50 kg). The amount of blood collected depends on your weight.
