CMOR NITE | After days of meaningful activities in celebration of the Civil-Military Operations Regiment’s 73rd Founding Anniversary, officers, enlisted personnel, and civilian human resources gathered for CMOR Nite at Ricarte Hall—an evening dedicated to fellowship, appreciation, and celebration.

Dressed in their finest corporate and cocktail attire, the men and women of CMOR shared moments beyond the mission, strengthening the bonds forged through service. The highlight of the evening, The Coronation of Mr. and Ms. CMOR 2026, showcased the confidence, poise, and spirit of the Regiment, making the celebration even more memorable.

CGPA Visits CMOR Headquarters

Commanding General, Philippine Army Lieutenant General Donald M Gumiran visited the Headquarters, Civil-Military Operations Regiment (CMOR), Fort Bonifacio, Taguig City on August 3.

He was received by CMOR Commander Brigadier General Marces T Gayat PA, together with the Regiment’s leadership. The CGPA’s visit coincides with the celebration of the Civil-Military Operations Regiment’s 73rd Founding Anniversary, reaffirming the Philippine Army’s support for the Regiment and its continued pursuit of excellence in civil-military operations.

IN PHOTOS: The Civil-Military Operations Regiment (CMOR) successfully conducted Bike-to-Restore 2.0 (Army CARES – Tree Growing) at the San Andres Military Reservation in Tanay, Rizal, bringing together CMORiders and partner cyclists in an activity that combined cycling and environmental conservation.

From the bike ride to the tree-planting activity, participants demonstrated that every kilometer pedaled and every seedling planted contributes to a healthier environment. The initiative promoted not only physical fitness and camaraderie but also the shared responsibility of protecting and restoring the country’s forests for future generations.

LOOK | The Civil-Military Operations Regiment (CMOR) participated in the National Simultaneous Earthquake Drill (NSED) for the 2nd Quarter of 2026, held at the CMOS Grounds, Fort Bonifacio, Taguig City, on June 18, 2026.

CMOR personnel performed the “Duck, Cover, and Hold” procedure followed by a safe and orderly evacuation to the designated assembly area.

The quarterly NSED reinforces preparedness for earthquakes, which are natural and unavoidable events. It aims to strengthen response procedures, enhance coordination, and improve communication during emergencies. Through this activity, CMOR continues to develop its readiness and capability to respond effectively to seismic incidents.

LOOK | Civil-Military Operations Regiment personnel conducted a 10-kilometer rucksack march on June 11, 2026, to reinforce the fundamentals of soldiering and operational readiness.

The activity served as a reminder that CMOR personnel remain infantry men and women; always alert and prepared. Organized into infantry squads, participants simulated movement while maintaining security and coordination.

The march also strengthened communication between squads and reinforced unit cohesion in the field.

This initiative reflects the Regiment’s continued commitment to readiness and the conduct of regular training.

CMOR Commemorates the 128th Philippine Independence Day

The Civil-Military Operations Regiment (CMOR), Philippine Army, commemorated the 128th Anniversary of the Declaration of Philippine Independence through a flag-raising ceremony and the recognition of newly promoted and newly assigned personnel today, June 12, 2026, at the CMOS Ground.

Colonel Gerald L. Monfort, Deputy Regiment Commander of the Civil-Military Operations Regiment, presided over the ceremony and led the troops in honoring the nation's historic declaration of independence while recognizing the dedication and accomplishments of CMOR personnel.

During the program, the regiment recognized newly promoted personnel for their commitment, competence, and exemplary service, highlighting CMOR's continued pursuit of professionalism and excellence. The regiment also welcomed newly assigned personnel as they officially joined the organization in support of its mission.

In his message, Colonel Monfort emphasized the significance of Independence Day as a reminder of the sacrifices made by the nation's heroes to secure the country's freedom. He urged all personnel to uphold the values of patriotism, integrity, and selfless service as they carried out their duties in the Philippine Army.

Through the ceremony, CMOR reaffirmed its commitment to strengthening organizational excellence while honoring the enduring legacy of Philippine independence.
