The Davao del Norte Learning Institute proudly congratulates Davao del Norte State College (DNSC) for the outstanding achievement of three graduates from the Bachelor of Science in Social Work (BSSW) program who secured top spots in the September 2025 Licensure Examination for Social Workers, as released by the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC).

These exceptional individuals not only passed the examination with flying colors but also ranked among the Top 10 examinees nationwide, bringing immense pride and recognition to the College:

The Davao del Norte Learning Institute proudly extends its warmest congratulations to Davao del Norte State College (DNSC) for its outstanding achievement in the 2025 Social Work Licensure Examination (SWLE).

DNSC has once again demonstrated academic excellence by sustaining a 100% passing rate, as officially released by the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC).

With 88 examinees taking the 2025 SWLE, DNSC earned the prestigious distinction of being ranked as the 𝐓𝐨𝐩 𝟏 𝐁𝐞𝐬𝐭-𝐏𝐞𝐫𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐒𝐜𝐡𝐨𝐨𝐥 nationwide in the category of institutions with 51 or more examinees and at least an 80% passing rate.

This remarkable accomplishment is a testament to DNSC’s unwavering commitment to quality education and its dedication to producing competent, ethical, and service-oriented social workers.

Davao del Norte Learning Institute and Davao del Norte State College celebrated its Commencement Exercises on August 27, 2025, 2:30 PM at the Davao del Norte Sports and Tourism Complex Gymnasium.

Guided by the theme “𝙆𝙖𝙡𝙖𝙢𝙥𝙪𝙨𝙖𝙣 𝙨𝙖 𝙋𝙖𝙜𝙩𝙪𝙤𝙣, 𝙂𝙪𝙜𝙢𝙖 𝙨𝙖 𝙋𝙖𝙜𝙨𝙚𝙧𝙗𝙞𝙨𝙮𝙤”, the messages imparted the 6th Commencement Speaker and DNLI’s stakeholders reminded the graduates of their mission to use their victory in education for love in service.

On behalf of 𝗗𝗡𝗦𝗖 𝗣𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗝𝗼𝘆 𝗠. 𝗦𝗼𝗿𝗿𝗼𝘀𝗮, 𝗣𝗵𝗗, Vice President for Academic Affairs 𝗚𝗶𝗿𝗹𝗲𝘆 𝗦. 𝗚𝘂𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗼, 𝗣𝗵𝗗 delivered the congratulatory message of DNLI’s partner school, motivating this year’s 115 graduates to become becaons of inspiration to other government workers who also wish to develop themselves through the DNSC and PGDDN-facilitated academic and human resource development program.

Meanwhile, Chief of Staff of the Vice Governor’s Office 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗿𝘆 𝗕. 𝗝𝘂𝗯𝗮𝗵𝗶𝗯 read the Provincial Governor and DNLI Provincial Advisory Board Chairperson 𝗛𝗼𝗻. 𝗘𝗱𝘄𝗶𝗻 𝗜. 𝗝𝘂𝗯𝗮𝗵𝗶𝗯’𝘀 𝗺𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗮𝗴𝗲, which paid tribute to the DNLI graduates’ resilience, perseverance, and grit, calling them “indispensable” in serving the best interests of the Dabaonon people.

The 6th Commencement Speaker, Civil Service Commission RO XI 𝗗𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗼𝗿 𝗜𝗩 𝗖𝘆𝗿𝗶𝗹-𝗡𝗮𝘁𝗵𝗮𝗻 𝗦𝗠. 𝗘𝗮𝗺𝗶𝗴𝘂𝗲𝗹 challenged the graduates to become leaders who serve, professionals who care, and citizens who give. He also took the opportunity to call on everyone’s support to the DNSC-DNLI Management Team in their bid to win this year’s CSC “𝐆𝐚𝐰𝐚𝐝 𝐏𝐚𝐠-𝐀𝐬𝐚” Award through the Honor Awards Program.

In closing, 𝗡𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗲 𝗝𝗼𝘆 𝗖. 𝗣𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗼, one of DNLI’s five cm laude graduates and DNLI Director’s List awardees this year, looked towards the future as she and her classmates continue to continue serving the Dabaonon people with the knowledge they gained from DNLI.
