On July 30, 2026, at about 7:30 AM, personnel of the 1st Davao del Norte Provincial Mobile Force Company (1st DNPMFC) participated in the Squad Weekly Interactive Meeting (SWIM) under the supervision of PCPT Demostenes T. Libera, Squad Leader, at the 2nd Platoon Headquarters, Barangay Magdum, Tagum City, Davao del Norte.

The activity forms part of the Philippine National Police's Internal Cleansing Program, which aims to strengthen discipline, accountability, and ethical conduct among all personnel. Through regular squad interactions, officers are provided a venue to discuss organizational policies, reinforce professional values, address concerns affecting performance, and promote camaraderie within the unit.

The SWIM initiative underscores the PNP's commitment to developing competent, morally upright, and service-oriented personnel, ultimately fostering a professional police organization that earns the trust and confidence of the community.
