Bringing LTO services closer to the people and driving road safety forward for a “FEEL SAFE” community.

The People’s Administration of Barangay Tuganay, led by Hon. Kapitan Leonila Lasay Devilleres together with Kagawad Rodel Sumoguid, proudly welcomed the rollout of the B.O.S.S. (Barangay Outreach & Support Services) Project through the E-Patrol On Wheels 2 – Region XI.

Under the leadership of Regional Director Ernesto Raphael V. Robillo, and represented by E-Patrol On Wheels ‘2’ OIC Zuriel C. Paciente, the outreach caravan successfully delivered vital transport services directly to the community.

✅ FREE Theoretical Driving Course (held at Tuganay Gym)
✅ Issuance of Student Permits
✅ Driver’s License Renewal
✅ Motor Vehicle Registration Renewal

The free Theoretical Driving Course empowered future drivers with essential knowledge—helping build a culture of discipline, responsibility, and road safety.

🚨 IN PHOTOS | LTO E-Patrol on Wheels ‘2’ Conducts Successful 1-Week Long Service Caravan.

The Land Transportation Office (LTO) E-Patrol on Wheels ‘2’ Region XI successfully completed its 1-week service caravan from April 06-10, 2026, bringing essential services closer to the public.

Under the leadership of Regional Director Atty. Ernesto Raphael V. Robillo, OIC Assistant Regional Director Joel T. Mandaya, Chief of Administrative Division Malou P. Narca, CPA.

and LTO E-Patrol on Wheels ‘2’ OIC Zuriel C. Paciente, the team also paid a courtesy call to Municipal Mayor Roland Dejesica of the Municipality of Sto. Tomas, Davao del Norte.

Throughout the week, the mobile unit provided convenient access to license applications, renewals, and other LTO transactions—helping streamline services and reduce long travel and waiting times.

This initiative reflects LTO’s commitment to improving accessibility, efficiency, and quality public service across communities.
