The 𝗖𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗚𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗼𝗳 𝗧𝗮𝗴𝘂𝗺, through the 𝗛𝗼𝗻. 𝗥𝗲𝘆 𝗧. 𝗨𝘆, officially entered into a 𝗠𝗲𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗱𝘂𝗺 𝗼𝗳 𝗔𝗴𝗿𝗲𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 with the Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) represented by OIC/Chief Administrative Officer 𝗕𝗮𝗯𝘆 𝗝𝗲𝗮𝗻 𝗣. 𝗔𝗹𝗶𝗱 and Chief Statistical Specialist 𝗝𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗲 𝗔. 𝗠𝗮𝗱𝘂𝗹𝗶𝗻 of the PSA – Provincial Statistical Office of Davao del Norte, for the continued implementation of 𝗕𝗮𝘁𝗰𝗵 𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝗦𝘆𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗺 (𝗕𝗥𝗘𝗤𝗦).

The 𝗖𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗚𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗼𝗳 𝗧𝗮𝗴𝘂𝗺, through the 𝗛𝗼𝗻. 𝗥𝗲𝘆 𝗧. 𝗨𝘆, officially entered into a 𝗠𝗲𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗱𝘂𝗺 𝗼𝗳 𝗔𝗴𝗿𝗲𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 t with all 𝗽𝘂𝗯𝗹𝗶𝗰 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗽𝗿𝗶𝘃𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗵𝗼𝘀𝗽𝗶𝘁𝗮𝗹𝘀, and some 𝗹𝘆𝗶𝗻𝗴-𝗶𝗻 𝗳𝗮𝗰𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀 in Tagum City, for the use of the 𝗘𝘅𝘁𝗲𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗱 𝗧𝗮𝗴𝘂𝗺 𝗖𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗟𝗼𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗖𝗶𝘃𝗶𝗹 𝗥𝗲𝗴𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘆 𝗦𝘆𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗺 (𝗲𝗧𝗖𝗟𝗖𝗥𝗦).

𝗲𝗧𝗖𝗟𝗖𝗥𝗦 is a digital innovation conceptualized and developed by the 𝗢𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗖𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗖𝗶𝘃𝗶𝗹 𝗥𝗲𝗴𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗿 to simplify, standardize, and digitize the preparation of 𝗖𝗲𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗲𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝗟𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗕𝗶𝗿𝘁𝗵 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗖𝗲𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗲𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝗗𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗵, and the transmittal of the electronic data to the Office of the City Civil Registrar, ensuring faster, more accurate, and seamless civil registration services in Tagum City. City Civil Registrar Editha G. McCartney, together with Registration Officer III Jovelyn L. Duallo-Cabahug, Records Officer I John Dexter G. Cordovan, and the Tagum City Barangay Secretaries and Functionaries, participated in the 2-Day Training-Workshop on Civil Registration held on July 16–17, 2026, at The Royal Palace Hotel and Dormitel in Tagum City.

The training-workshop was organized by the Liga ng mga Local na Tagapagtalang Sibil ng Davao del Norte, Inc. (LLTSDavNor) under the leadership of its President, Libertad V. Regis of Panabo City, in coordination with the Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) Davao del Norte. CCR McCartney acted as Moderator during the Open Forum.

❤️💍 𝟕 𝐂𝐨𝐮𝐩𝐥𝐞𝐬, 𝐎𝐧𝐞 𝐒𝐚𝐜𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐦𝐢𝐬𝐞 💍❤️

𝐄𝐚𝐫𝐥𝐢𝐞𝐫 𝐭𝐨𝐝𝐚𝐲, seven (7) loving couples embarked on a new chapter of their lives as they exchanged vows during this month's "𝐊𝐚𝐬𝐚𝐥𝐚𝐧 𝐧𝐢 𝐌𝐚𝐲𝐨𝐫" held at the 𝐉.𝐕. 𝐀𝐲𝐚𝐥𝐚 𝐇𝐚𝐥𝐥, 𝐓𝐚𝐠𝐮𝐦 𝐂𝐢𝐭𝐲.

The ceremony was solemnized by 𝐇𝐨𝐧. 𝐉𝐮𝐝𝐠𝐞 𝐉𝐢𝐦𝐦𝐲 𝐁. 𝐁𝐨𝐜𝐨, 𝐑𝐓𝐂 𝐏𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐢𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐉𝐮𝐝𝐠𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐁𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐡 𝟐, 𝐅𝐚𝐦𝐢𝐥𝐲 𝐂𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐭, who delivered an inspiring message on the true meaning of marriage. He emphasized that a strong and lasting marriage is centered on the 𝐥𝐨𝐯𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐆𝐨𝐝, reminding the newlyweds that, despite life's challenges and trials, 𝐡𝐮𝐬𝐛𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐰𝐢𝐟𝐞 𝐬𝐡𝐨𝐮𝐥𝐝 𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐚𝐢𝐧 𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐞𝐝, 𝐟𝐚𝐢𝐭𝐡𝐟𝐮𝐥, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐢𝐭𝐭𝐞𝐝 𝐭𝐨 𝐨𝐧𝐞 𝐚𝐧𝐨𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐫. He likewise underscored the importance of preserving the sanctity of marriage as a union between 𝐨𝐧𝐞 𝐦𝐚𝐧 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐨𝐧𝐞 𝐰𝐨𝐦𝐚𝐧, encouraging the couples to uphold the values of love, respect, responsibility, and lifelong commitment.

The Office of the City Civil Registrar conducts the 𝐁𝐢𝐫𝐭𝐡 𝐑𝐞𝐠𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐀𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐣𝐞𝐜𝐭 (𝐁𝐑𝐀𝐏) at the Reading Center, Barangay Liboganon, Tagum City, from 8 AM to 3 PM.

Other civil registry services include Correction of Clerical Error (for Erroneous Spelling, Birthdate, or Gender) and Request for PSA Copies of Birth, Marriage, and Death Certificate.

In the same activity, the PSA Davao del Norte facilitates on-site Registration for Philippine ID (for 5 years old and above) and printing of ePhilIDs. To avail of the National ID, please bring your Birth Certificate or any Government-issued ID.

Arimao of Barangay Madaum to discuss matters concerning the Birth Registration Assistance Project (BRAP) and the registration of Muslim marriages. The meeting focused on strengthening coordination and promoting proper registration of vital events to ensure that members of the Muslim community have access to legal identity and essential government services.

The Office of the City Civil Registrar conducted a Mobile Civil Registration during the Validation and Registration Activity for Set 14E 4Ps Beneficiaries at the Rotary Gym, Magugpo Poblacion, Tagum City on July 8, 2026. This activity offers the following services:

✅ Late Registration of Birth
✅ Birth Registration Assistance Project (BRAP)
✅ "Maling Dokumento Mo, I-Wasto Ko" (MDMIK) Program
✅ Request for PSA Copies of Birth, Death, Marriage Certificates, and CENOMAR
