๐๐ LTO XI CARAVAN โ P.A.S.A.D.A. PROJECT SUCCESSFULLY SERVES THE TAGUM DRIVING COMMUNITY!
On August 1, 2026 8:00am (Saturday), the Land Transportation Office (LTO) Region XI successfully conducted its LTO XI Caravan โ P.A.S.A.D.A. Project (Promoting Accessible Sustainable Assistance for Driver's Advancement) at the Activity Area, 3rd Floor, NCCC Mall of Tagum, bringing essential LTO services closer to the public.
The successful caravan was made possible through the unwavering support of the NCCC Mall of Tagum Management, whose partnership helped make government services more accessible and convenient for the driving community.
The activity was spearheaded by the LTO Tagum District Office, headed by Karen Mae D. Torollo, MPA, TRO II, Officer-in-Charge, in collaboration with the LTO Driver's License Renewal Office (DLRO) โ Gmall of Tagum, headed by Numeriano Jr. T. Aguilar, TRO II, Officer-in-Charge, together with our valued partner stakeholder, Aries Medical Clinic.
Hundreds of clients benefited from the back-to-back services offered during the caravan, including:

FREE Theoretical Driving Course (TDC) for new Student Permit applicants

Driver's License Renewal for qualified license holders whose licenses have not been expired for more than two (2) years

Road safety education (FREE TDC) and client assistance services

Medical Certification
