1. Authorization for MOU with BJMP Talavera Municipal Jail
Proposed resolution authorizing the Local Chief Executive to enter into a Memorandum of Understanding with the Talavera Municipal JailโBJMP for the implementation of CSC-DOH-DOLE Joint Memorandum Circular No. 1, s. 2020 on Occupational Safety and Health Standards in the public sector, including authority to sign related documents.
2. Barangay Community Garden Ordinance
Barangay Ordinance No. 001, s. 2026 establishes the Barangay Community Garden in Barangay Sicsican Matanda, Talavera, Nueva Ecija under the โHalinaโt Magtanim ng Prutas at Gulay (HAPAG) sa Barangay Project,โ and designates barangay officials and stakeholders to manage and maintain the project.
3. SK Annual Budget Approval
SK Resolution No. 06-2025 approving the CY 2026 Annual Budget of Barangay Casulucan Este, Talavera, Nueva Ecija in the amount of โฑ348,700.00.
4. Land Reclassification Request
Proposed reclassification of a 7,357-square-meter parcel of land covered by TCT No. NT-202088 registered under Reynaldo V. Villanueva, located in Poblacion, Talavera, Nueva Ecija, from agricultural to commercial use.
5. Addendum to Annual Investment Program
Proposed resolution approving Addendum 3 to the FY 2026 Annual Investment Program of the Municipality of Talavera, Nueva Ecija amounting to โฑ50,862,539.00.
6. Committee on Public Works Matters (Referred to Committee on May 18, 2026)
a. PRDP-SU Cold Storage Facility โ Variation Order No. 1
Proposed approval of Variation Order No. 1 for the Talavera Cold Storage Facility project at Barangay Bantug Hacienda under the Philippine Rural Development Project Scale-Up (PRDP-SU). The contract amount will increase from โฑ255,499,848.50 to โฑ263,070,542.47, adding โฑ7,570,693.97 and extending the completion period from 500 to 540 calendar days.
b. PRDP-SU Cold Storage Facility โ Variation Order No. 2
Proposed approval of Variation Order No. 2 for the same project, adjusting the contract amount to โฑ263,070,323.42 due to revisions in the quantity of Item 403-Metal Structures and the addition of prefabricated steel deck works.
