SAN FRANCISCO SK CUP 2026
Inter-Purok Volleyball Tournament -Female Category

WHO: All aspiring female volleyball players and registered voters of Brgy San Francisco.

WHERE: Barangay San Francisco covered court

This year's tournament introduces a new mixed-team format. The first 64 registered players will be grouped into 8 balanced teams of 8 players based on their preferred positions and overall team composition. Teams will not represent individual puroks, promoting unity, fair competition, and equal opportunities for all participants.

INTERNAL GROUND RULES

1.) The Tournament is titled the Inter Purok Volleyball Tournament 2026 - Female Category

2. This tournament is open to all players, no age limit, and residents of Barangay San Francisco.

4. July 27, 2026 will be the deadline for the individual registration through the link provided. After collection of registration, the SK Official will divide the members. The teams have to pay a registration fee ₱1,500.00 to officially registered as a team.

5.) Players are obliged to participate in the opening of the activity, and those who failed are not allowed to play in their first game . ( Exemptions will be granted only for valid reasons.

6.) No players, team coaches, or team managers are allowed to play the game while under the influence of liquor.

7.) Every team has a 15-minute extension for a scheduled time of the game .

8.) Team must be on the hardcourt on or before the scheduled time, failure to report must be forfeited.

9.) There will be no protest during the opening date.

10.) All rules not mentioned in this tournament shall be governed by FIVB rules.

INTER PUROK BASKETBALL TOURNAMENT

Calling all aspiring champions!
Gather your team and represent your purok in the most exciting basketball league of the season.

📋 Tournament Details:

* 👥 Age Requirement: 30 years old and Under Cut off Year 1996
* 🏠 Eligibility: Must be a resident and registered voter of Barangay San Francisco
* ⛹️ Team Composition: 15 players per team
* 💰 Registration Fee: ₱2,500 per team
* 👕 Free Upper Uniform: Provided by the SK for every participating team

🏀 Participating Teams (8 Teams):

* Purok 1 – Team A
* Purok 1 – Team B
* Purok 2
* Purok 3
* Purok 4
* Purok 5
* Purok 6
* Purok 7

📢 Special Rule for Purok 1 Team B:
To complete the 8-team tournament, Purok 1 will field two (2) teams. Purok 1 Team B may recruit players from other puroks only if those players are not included in their respective purok’s official roster. Any player who has already been officially selected by their original purok cannot transfer to Purok 1 Team B. If a player declines to play for their original purok after being officially listed and chooses to join Purok 1 Team B instead, the original purok may file a protest, and the Tournament Committee shall decide the matter based on the official rules.

1st Placer: ₱7,000.00
2nd Placer: ₱5,000.00
3rd Placer: ₱3,000.00
Consolation: ₱1,000.00

🏀 INTERNAL GROUND RULES – SF SK CUP 2026 SEASON 2 🏀

1. The official title of the tournament is "Inter- Purok SF SK CUP 2026."

2. The tournament is open only to players aged 15 to 30 who are bona fide residents and registered voters of Barangay San Francisco, Talibon, Bohol.

3. Each team must consist of 15 players.

4. The deadline for submission of:
-Team list (with complete player names)
- Requirements (Voter’s Certificate or Precinct Number with valid ID)
-Placed in a white long folder
-₱2500 registration fee per team is on July 26, 2026.

5. All players are required to attend the opening ceremony.
Players who are absent without a valid reason will not be allowed to play in their first game.

6. All teams must wear uniform tops during games.

7 Players, coaches, and managers must not be under the influence of alcohol during games.

8. A 15-minute grace period will be given for each scheduled game.

9 . Teams must report to the court on or before the scheduled game time. Failure to show up will result in a forfeit.

10. Submit your team lineup along with the name and contact number of your registered coach to SK Chairperson Hon. Jhon Paul Eronico.

11. Game protests may be submitted before or after the game.

12. All other rules not stated in this guideline shall follow FIBA regulations.

📢Clarification Statement from Sangguniang Kabataan San Francisco❗

We would like to clarify to everyone that the Barangay Presidential Scholarship 2026 is 𝑵𝑶𝑻 an SK-led program.

The Sangguniang Kabataan of Barangay San Francisco has no authority over the selection, screening, approval, or release of scholars under this program. Likewise, the SK was not part of the application process.

We respectfully inform everyone that the authority to identify and choose beneficiaries, if and when the program is officially implemented in the barangay, rests solely with the Office of the Punong Barangay and the authorized implementing national government agencies, in accordance with their respective guidelines.

Should you have any questions or wish to inquire about the Bagong Pilipinas Barangay Presidential Scholarship 2026, please proceed directly to the Office of the Punong Barangay for proper guidance.
