Behind every compelling visual is a story, a message, and a purpose. For DiSKarte: Designing for Change, we are bringing in a young creative whose experience goes beyond design—someone who has used visual communication, storytelling, and creativity to inform, engage, and make an impact.

We are proud to introduce 𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐨 𝐀. 𝐑𝐚𝐝𝐚𝐧 𝐈𝐈𝐈, our Resource Speaker for the Youth Digital Creativity and Civic Engagement Workshop.

A proud Talisaynon, Radan is the former Layout and Graphics Editor and 2nd Creative Director of The Technopacer-Talisay, the official student publication of Carlos Hilado Memorial State University – Talisay, where he also studied BS Civil Engineering with a specialization in Structural Engineering.

Now, he joins DiSKarte to share his experience and perspective on how young people can use graphics, design, and digital creativity not merely to create, but to communicate, advocate, and participate meaningfully in society.

After a thorough review and assessment of each application, the Sangguniang Kabataan of Barangay Concepcion is pleased to announce that ALL applicants of the Educational Assistance Program have qualified and will receive financial assistance for their education.

We heard your stories, and we recognized your needs. As fellow youth serving the youth, the SK worked to respond through this program.

This initiative is part of the SK's continuing commitment to support students who are striving to pursue their education and achieve their goals.

This is more than just a graphics and design workshop.

We want to explore how young people can use graphic design, digital media, and creativity as tools for advocacy, communication, community engagement, and meaningful participation in society.

And here's the catch: You don't have to be an experienced designer to apply.

Whether you're already creating pubmats or you're someone who simply wants to learn and explore your creative side, DiSKarte is for you. What matters is your willingness to learn, create, collaborate, and use your creativity for something bigger.

- Resident of Barangay Concepcion and/or Barangay Cabatangan
- Voter's ID or Voter's Certificate
- For minors: Parent's Voter's ID or Voter's Certificate

All players are required to 𝗮𝗿𝗿𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗮𝘁 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝘀𝘁 𝗼𝗻𝗲 (𝟭) 𝗵𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗯𝗲𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗲 the scheduled tryout for registration and verification of requirements. Please 𝘄𝗲𝗮𝗿 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗽𝗲𝗿 𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝘀 𝗮𝘁𝘁𝗶𝗿𝗲 to ensure your comfort and safety during the tryout.
