-The contest is open to qualified youth participants of the barangay.
-A maximum of 8โ10 participants only will be accommodated.
-Participants will be accepted through pre-registration or on a first-come, first-served basis, depending on the organizers' decision.
-Each participant may create and submit one (1) official poster entry only.
- Participants will be given a specific time limit to complete their posters.
-All artwork must be created within the designated contest area and during the official contest period.
-Once the contest begins, participants may not leave the designated area without permission from the organizers.
-Participants must submit their finished poster immediately after the allotted time has ended.
-All entries must be original works created solely by the participant.
-Entries must not contain offensive, discriminatory, or inappropriate content.
-Participants must respect the rules and instructions given by the organizers throughout the activity.
-Any participant found violating the mechanics may be subject to disqualification.
-The decision of the judges and organizers shall be final and irrevocable.
-Submitted entries may be displayed, documented, reposted, or used by the SK Council for promotional and documentation purposes, with proper acknowledgment of the participant whenever applicable.
-By joining the contest, participants agree to abide by all the official mechanics and guidelines set by the organizers.

The contest is strictly a mobile photography contest.
Participants may use mobile phones/smartphones only.
Professional cameras, DSLR cameras, mirrorless cameras, action cameras, and other professional photography equipment are strictly prohibited.
Participants may use their own mobile phones during the activity.
๐ฏ. ๐๐ผ๐ป๐๐ฒ๐๐ ๐ฃ๐ฟ๐ผ๐ฝ๐ฒ๐ฟ
- Participants may take their photographs at any location within Barangay Efigenio Lizares.
- All submitted photographs must clearly relate to, interpret, or creatively incorporate the official contest theme:
โYouth Advancing Multilateral Cooperation Through Technology and Partnershipsโ
- Participants are encouraged to creatively showcase how youth, technology, collaboration, cooperation, and partnerships contribute to progress and positive change within the community.
- Previously taken photos, downloaded images, screenshots, or images taken outside the official contest period are strictly prohibited.
- Participants may take as many photographs as they wish; however, only one (1) final photo entry may be submitted.
- The organizers may request the original photo file for verification.
๐ฐ. ๐ฃ๐ต๐ผ๐๐ผ ๐๐ฑ๐ถ๐๐ถ๐ป๐ด
-Basic editing such as cropping, brightness, contrast, exposure, saturation, and color adjustments is allowed.
-Excessive manipulation or alteration that significantly changes the original content of the photograph may result in disqualification.
-The use of AI-generated or AI-manipulated images is strictly prohibited.
-Organizers may require participants to present the original, unedited photo for verification.
๐ฑ. ๐ฆ๐๐ฏ๐บ๐ถ๐๐๐ถ๐ผ๐ป
-Entries must be submitted on or before the deadline set by the organizers.
-Each participant must provide a creative and appropriate title for their submitted photograph. The title should reflect or complement the story, message, or concept behind the image.
-Participants must submit their photo through the designated submission platform or directly to the assigned organizers.
-Once submitted, entries can no longer be changed or replaced.
- The decision of the SK Council regarding the validity of votes and the final results shall be final and irrevocable.
