The Municipality of Talisay, through the Local Youth Development Office (LYDO)-Talisay, proudly presents the 5th Talisay Mayor's Cup Badminton Tournament 2026!
Join us as our local badminton players showcase their talent, determination, and sportsmanship in two exciting days of competition.

The Gawad Bintao recognizes and gives due acknowledgment to outstanding young individuals and youth organizations who have demonstrated exemplary leadership, meaningful community involvement, outstanding achievements, and sustained commitment to youth development and public service in the Province of Camarines Norte.

The successful conduct of the three-day Emergency Response Training 2026 at Sanayang Pangkaligtasan, Sitio Mat-e, Vinzons, Camarines Norte provided participants with valuable knowledge, practical skills, and hands-on experience in emergency preparedness and response.

Throughout the training, participants underwent sessions on Ropemanship, Rappelling, Fire Safety and Basic Fire Fighting, Basic Life Support (BLS), and First Aid, equipping them with essential competencies necessary for effective emergency and disaster response.

We extend our sincerest gratitude to our resource speakers and partner agencies for their invaluable contributions: the Special Rescue Unit (SRU-BFP) for sharing their expertise in ropemanship and rappelling; the Bureau of Fire Protection - Talisay Fire Station for conducting the Fire Safety and Basic Fire Fighting training; the Provincial Health Office - Health Emergency Management Services (PHO-HEMS) for facilitating the Basic Life Support training; and the Provincial Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office (PDRRMO) for conducting the First Aid training.
