🌾 1,481 Magsasaka sa Talugtug, Nueva Ecija, Tumanggap ng Presidential Assistance for Farmers and Fisherfolk (PAFF)

Noong Hulyo 17, 2026, matagumpay na isinagawa ang Presidential Assistance for Farmers and Fisherfolk (PAFF) Cash Distribution sa Violago Gymnasium, Talugtug, Nueva Ecija, kung saan 1,481 na magsasaka ang tumanggap ng tulong pinansyal mula sa pamahalaan.

Layunin ng programang ito na magbigay ng agarang suporta sa mga benepisyaryo upang makatulong sa kanilang kabuhayan at patuloy na mapalakas ang sektor ng agrikultura at pangisdaan.

Maraming salamat sa lahat ng nakiisa at tumulong sa matagumpay na pagsasagawa ng programa. Sama-sama nating ipagpatuloy ang pagsuporta sa ating mga magsasaka at mangingisda! 🌾🇵🇭

Behind every successful irrigation system is a strong partnership between NIA and the farmers it serves. For NIA UPRIIS Interim Division VI, that partnership began with CASSAMMFVRROST Irrigators Association (IA) of Villa Rosenda, Talugtug, Nueva Ecija, the first IA organized under the Division. Established on November 8, 2012, and officially registered on December 6, 2012, the IA serves 10 barangays with a total service area of 1,327.50 hectares, helping NIA fulfill its mission of delivering reliable and efficient irrigation services to farming communities.

Through the years, CASSAMMFVRROST IA has become a model of what a strong NIA-IA partnership can achieve. It has consistently demonstrated excellence in irrigation management and organizational leadership, earning the title of Most Outstanding Irrigators Association from 2022 to 2025 and recognition as the Most Efficient in Keeping IA Financial Records. Beyond irrigation operations, the association has implemented livelihood projects, conducted school supply distribution and feeding programs, and became the first Irrigators Association in NIA UPRIIS Interim Division VI to complete the Radyo Eskwela Program, proving that continuous learning and community service are essential to sustainable agricultural development.

Today, we honor not only the first Irrigators Association of NIA UPRIIS Interim Division VI but also the lasting partnership that continues to strengthen irrigation management and uplift farming communities. As NIA and our Irrigators Associations move forward together, this shared commitment remains the foundation of better service, stronger farmer organizations, and a more secure future for agriculture.

Buong pagmamalaking nakiisa ang Pamahalaang Bayan ng Talugtug sa pagdiriwang ng Ika-128 Anibersaryo ng Kalayaan ng Pilipinas, isang makasaysayang paggunita sa kagitingan, sakripisyo, at walang kapantay na pagmamahal sa bayan ng ating mga bayani.

Sa pangunguna ng ating mga lokal na opisyal, sa pamumuno ni Kgg. Pacifico B. M***a, ang ating butihing mayor at Kgg. Floro C. Pagaduan Jr., ang ating butihing bise mayor, mga kawani ng pamahalaan, mga kinatawan ng iba't ibang sektor, mga panauhin at mga mamamayan ng Talugtug, ginunita natin ang makabuluhang araw na ito sa pamamagitan ng seremonya ng pagtataas ng watawat, pag-aalay ng bulaklak sa monumento ni Dr. Jose Rizal, at pagbibigay-pugay sa mga Pilipinong nagbuwis ng kanilang buhay upang makamtan ang kalayaang ating tinatamasa ngayon.

Higit pa sa pag-alala sa ating kasaysayan, ang Araw ng Kalayaan ay paalala sa bawat Pilipino na ang tunay na pagmamahal sa bayan ay naipapakita sa pagkakaisa, katapatan, malasakit sa kapwa, at aktibong pakikilahok sa pagpapaunlad ng ating komunidad at bansa.

Nawa'y magsilbing inspirasyon ang diwa ng kalayaan upang patuloy nating isulong ang isang mas maunlad, mapayapa, at nagkakaisang Talugtug para sa susunod na henerasyon.

Mabuhay ang Bayan ng Talugtug!
Mabuhay ang Lalawigan ng Nueva Ecija!
Mabuhay ang Pilipinas!
