A special thank you to Gabriella Komorek for her donation of textbooks to Tito Peter's Free Library! Gabriella and her sister Veronica have donated hundreds of books to our library over the past few years. Gabriella is finishing high school and Veronica is in college. Both are interested in careers in the medical profession. Best wishes, Veronica and Gabriella and thank you for promoting literacy and education in the Philippines!

FREE resources for Filipino Childrens' Books online. I personally checked these resources and the Childrens' books are available in different formats - PDF download, audio, or read-along videos. Each of these resources have very rich collections of books ideal for younger readers. Check out the Bloom Digital Library, they even have books in local languages such as Hiligaynon and others. See comments for the links.

Teachers, parents, librarians, and kids (or kids at heart) are encouraged to save this.
