To all concerned beneficiaries:

1. 2nd Payout Schedule

• 📅 Date: September 28, 2026

• 📍 Venue: Brgy. Happy Valley Covered Court

2. Important Guidelines

• ✅ Only those who claimed during the 1st release are eligible to claim this 2nd payout.

• ❌ No authorization letters will be accepted — claimant must claim personally.

• 📋 Please refer to the list below for the official beneficiaries included in the Uplift Program.

3. Form Filling

• 📅 When: This Saturday, September 26, 2026

• 📍 Where: Kons. Anapaul’s House

• ✅ Bring: any Valid ID — but National ID is highly preferred

• This is the same process done during the 1st payout.
