CHARLIE BATTERY, 5FAB CONDUCTS JOINT CHANGE OF OFFICE CEREMONY FOR KEY ENLISTED LEADERS
H/C/5FAB, Camp Elias Angeles, Pili, Camarines Sur – Personnel of Charlie Battery, 5th Field Artillery Battalion (C/5FAB), conducted a Joint Change of Office Ceremony for its outgoing and incoming key enlisted leaders, with CPT JOSIL A SARCIA (ART) PA, Battery Commander, C/5FAB, serving as the Presiding Officer.
The ceremony formally recognized the transition of responsibilities from the outgoing Battery First Sergeant, TSg Delfin B Salvia Jr (Art) PA, to the incoming Battery First Sergeant, TSg David B Paragua Jr (Art) PA. It likewise marked the turnover of duties from the outgoing Platoon Sergeant, TSg Felipe T Santillas Jr (Art) PA, to the incoming Platoon Sergeant of the 1st Platoon, C/5FAB, SSg Eliseo N Gran Jr (Art) PA.
The change of office signifies the orderly transfer of leadership, authority, and responsibilities, ensuring continuity in the administration, discipline, training, and welfare of personnel. It also reflects the Philippine Army’s commitment to developing capable non-commissioned officers who are prepared to lead, mentor, and inspire their fellow soldiers.
The ceremony further highlighted the importance of professionalism, dedication, and commitment to duty among the unit’s key enlisted leaders. As they assume their respective positions, the incoming leaders are expected to build upon the accomplishments of their predecessors while continuing to uphold the standards of discipline, readiness, and service expected of every member of the Armed Forces of the Philippines.
