Exercise general supervision over the Legislative Branch of the Provincial Government of Surigao del Sur and promote the development of employee's skills and capabilities. Extend the most effective and efficient services within the reach of its resources to the Sangguniang Panlalawigan, the Employees, Clientele and the people of Surigao del Sur.
