Welcomed the officials of BLGU Maticdum, Tandag City during their courtesy visit, where we had the opportunity to discuss matters concerning the needs and priorities of their barangay.

Our support for our barangays remains firm, and we will continue working with our local leaders to make sure that programs, services, and assistance of the Provincial Government reach the people who need them most.

We may be working at different levels of government, but we share one responsibility: to serve our people and get things done for every Surigaonon. 💚

It was a pleasure meeting our senior citizens from Kinabigtasan, Tago, led by their Senior Citizen President, Ms. Sandra L. Mendiola.

I value every opportunity to listen to our dear senior citizens, hear their concerns, and learn from their experiences. Their wisdom and active participation in the community continue to remind us of the importance of serving every Surigaonon, regardless of age.

I always welcome the opportunity to meet with our C/MLGUs, barangay councils, partner agencies, and different sectors who come to the Provincial Capitol.

I may not have all the answers right away, but I believe that when we sit down, listen to one another, and work together, we can find practical ways to help our people.

As your Governor, I assure you that we will continue to keep our doors open, listen to our partners, and do my part to support initiatives that will benefit our communities and our fellow Surigaonons.

Panilan recognized as Regional Outstanding DNPC Awardee and Provincial Nutrition Officer Miloniza Nieves-Serra as Regional Outstanding PNAO Finalist.

These recognitions are more than awards. I thank our Provincial Administrator, John Vincent C. Pimentel, for sitting down with the employees of the Provincial Health Office to discuss the challenges we face, the priorities we need to address, and the improvements we want to achieve in our health services.
