The City Government of Tandag and the Land Bank of the Philippines officially held a Ceremonial Signing of the Deed of Donation and a Capsule Laying Ceremony this morning, June 22, 2026, at Purok Langka, Barangay Mabua.

This milestone development event marks the city's formal donation of a 1,000-square-meter lot, which will soon serve as the site for the new LandBank District Office.

Mayor Roxanne Pimentel led the said activity, sealing the partnership alongside LandBank Tandag Branch Head Ms. Elvira C. Tan. The collaborative initiative underscores the administration's commitment to strengthening institutional partnerships and enhancing economic infrastructure in the city.

The ceremony was successfully integrated as a key highlight of today's Day 2 calendar for the ongoing 19th Charter Day and Karuga Festival celebrations.
