A momentous and inspiring Opening Ceremony of CAA-I Basic Military Training Classes 214, 215, 216, and 217 for CY 2026 was successfully conducted on April 27, 2026 held at the Dayoan Military Training Facility, Brgy. Dayoan, Tago, Surigao del Sur. 🎖️🏕️

The event was graced by LTC NOEL A FRIAS (OS) PA, Director of the 1504CDC, 15RCDG, RESCOM,PA who served as the Guest of Honor and Speaker. In his message, he emphasized the importance of discipline, patriotism and unwavering commitment to service, values that every trainee must embody as future defenders of peace and security in their communities. 🇵🇭💪

The activity was facilitated by the 4th Division Training School, 4th Infantry Division, Philippine Army under the leadership of MAJ ALDREN A SEDURIFA (INF) PA, Training Director, whose dedication ensured the smooth and meaningful conduct of the ceremony. 👏📚

With high spirits and strong determination, the trainees formally began their journey toward becoming capable and responsible members of the Citizen Armed Force. This milestone marks not just the start of training, but the forging of character, unity, and service to the nation. 🔥🫡

✨ Presentation of Sponsors, Escorts, and 1st Alumni Homecoming | April 23, 2026 ✨

A remarkable day of pride, tradition and unity unfolded as the North Eastern Mindanao State University (NEMSU) Cantilan Campus ROTC Unit successfully conducted its Joint Presentation of Sponsors and Escorts (POSE) and the 1st ROTC Alumni Homecoming* 🇵🇭🎖️

Under the strong leadership and guidance of the 1504th Community Defense Center, 15th Regional Community Defense Group, Reserve Command, Philippine Army headed by LTC NOEL A FRIAS (OS) PA, Director, the event stood as a testament to discipline, excellence and camaraderie 💪✨

The occasion was further elevated by the presence of Dr. Nemesio G. Loayon, NEMSU President III, who served as the Guest of Honor and Speaker, delivering an inspiring message that resonated with both cadets and alumni 💂🌟

One of the most memorable highlights of the celebration was the powerful and motivating address of LTGEN WILLIAM K HOTCHKISS III PAF (RET),whose words ignited pride, honor and a deeper sense of service among attendees 🔥👏

Strengthening the Reserve Force. Securing the Nation. 🇵🇭

On April 14, 2026, LTC NOEL A FRIAS (OS) PA, Director of 1504CDC, 15RCDG, RESCOM, PA, conducted Reservist Advocacy Campaign with the Local Chief Executives and Sangguniang Bayan members of the Municipality of Lingig Surigao del Sur.

The engagement underscored the important role of reservists as a force multiplier in national defense, disaster response operations, and internal security efforts.

LTC FRIAS emphasized that the defense of the nation is a collective mission, calling on every Filipino to stand ready, remain vigilant, and contribute to the country’s security and stability.

Participants were encouraged to take part in strengthening the Reserve Force and uphold their duty in protecting the nation.

Committed to service. Ready to respond. United in defense of the Republic.

In commemoration of the 84th Araw ng Kagitingan, the 1504CDC,15RCDG,RESCOM,PA under the leadership of LTC NOEL A FRIAS (OS) PA, Director, proudly joined simultaneous activities across various locations in Surigao del Sur on April 9, 2026 utilizing the Reserve Force of the 1504 Ready Reserve Infantry Battalion.

The event was conducted in Collaboration with other government agencies, organizations, and local government units, highlighting unity and patriotism in honoring the valor of Filipino heroes held at Tandag City Police Station, MPS San Miguel Surigao del Sur, MPS Cagwait, Surigao del Sur and Town Hall of Barobo, Surigao del Sur.

Meanwhile, the Training Staff and Advance ROTC Officers of the NEMSU Main Campus ROTC Unit under the supervision of 1504CDC Conducted LAKAD KALAYAN 2026 as their own meaningful observance within the campus at Brgy. Rosario, Tandag City. Through this, young cadets were given the opportunity to reflect on the sacrifices of our forebears and strengthen their sense of duty and nationalism.

This collective effort reflects the enduring spirit of courage, resilience, and unity among Filipinos. The 1504CDC remains steadfast in its mission to inspire and uphold the legacy of heroism for future generations.

Promoting unity, responsibility, and a renewed sense of purpose 🇵🇭

On March 31, 2026, LTC NOEL A FRIAS (OS) PA, Director of 1504CDC, 15RCDG, RESCOM, PA conducted a Reservist Advocacy campaign to 24 former rebels in Surigao del Sur, held at the Headquarters 75th Infantry Battalion, 4th Infantry Division, Philippine Army, Brgy. magroyong, San Miguel, SDS.

During the activity, LTC FRIAS discussed the vital role of the Reservists in national development, disaster response during calamities, addressing rebellion and safeguarding the nation against internal and external threats, emphasizing that national defense is not only the duty of the Armed Forces but a shared responsibility of every Filipino citizen. He encouraged the participants, as former rebels now on the path of reintegration, to take an active role in nation building by becoming part of the reserve force.

The engagement served as a platform to inspire transformation, strengthen commitment to peace, and promote active participation in community development, ensuring the security and stability of the country.

Together, we move forward as one nation stronger, united, and committed to lasting peace.
