Selling, offering for sale, or advertising subdivision lots or "πππ ππππ" on Facebook or other online platforms without a valid πππ«ππ’ππ’ππππ π¨π πππ π’π¬ππ«πππ’π¨π§ ππ§π ππ’πππ§π¬π ππ¨ πππ₯π₯ (ππππ) issued by DHSUD is π©π«π¨π‘π’ππ’πππ ππ² π₯ππ°.
Likewise, advertising real estate projects without prior approval of the advertisement materials by DHSUD, and engaging in real estate selling activities without being duly licensed, accredited, or registered as a real estate broker or as a salesperson with PRC and DHSUD, may subject the responsible parties to administrative, civil, and criminal liabilities.
The public is advised to exercise caution and verify the legitimacy of any real estate project before making reservations, payments, or investments. Always check whether the project has a valid CRLS and whether the persons marketing or selling the property are duly authorized to do so.
