LINGGO NG KABATAAN 2026 | Inclusive, Caring, and Empowering Tantangan
Yours truly, Vice Mayor Cesar L. Dasilao, together with Municipal Mayor Hon. Timee Joy G. Torres-Gonzales, SB Member and Chairperson of the Committee on Social Services Hon. Rosario D. Belo, MHO Dr. Renato V. Ureta, MSWDO Ma’am Melanie L. Abueva, PDAU Sir Zaldy Llaban, and the dedicated MHO staff, attended the Kick-Off Program of the Linggo ng Kabataan of the Municipality of Tantangan.
One of the highlights of the celebration was the provision of free medical check-ups and free medicines to Youth Persons with Disabilities (PWDs) in Tantangan, providing much-needed health services while promoting inclusion, compassion, and equal opportunities for our young people.
This meaningful initiative was spearheaded by our Local Youth Development Officer (LYDO), Sir Jeric Ignacio, in collaboration with our local government offices and health personnel.
Our heartfelt appreciation to everyone who made this activity possible. Together, let us continue building a Tantangan where every young person—including our Youth PWDs—is valued, supported, and empowered.
