The Tanza Water District (TWD) is a Government Owned and Controlled Operation created by virtue of Sangguniang Bayan Resolution No. 10-A on March 24, 1988 of the Municipality of Tanza, Cavite in pursuance with Presidential Decree N. 198 otherwise known as the Provincial Water Utilities Act dated September 28, 1978, declaring a national policy, favoring local operation and control of water system,

authorizing the formation of water districts and providing for the government and administration of such projects. On September 2, 1988 a Conditional Certificate of Conformance No. 358 was issued to the District by the Local Water Utilities Administration (LWUA).

Please be informed that the Tanza Water District (TWD) Office will be CLOSED tomorrow, Wednesday, May 27, 2026, in observance of the regular holiday for Eid'l Adha (Feast of Sacrifice).

Regular office operations will resume on Thursday, May 28, 2026.

🔧 REASON: Installation of a Fire Hydrant at Daang Amaya I, in front of the Tanza Fire Station.

Please be informed that starting tomorrow, Monday, May 4, 2026, the Tanza Water District (TWD) will resume its 4-day compressed workweek schedule.

As regular operations continue without any declared holidays this week, our office hours will be:
✅ OPEN: Monday to Thursday | 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM
❌ CLOSED: Fridays

This arrangement is in continuous compliance with Memorandum Circular No. 114 issued by the Office of the President to help conserve national energy resources.
